The valet option for our car was very good but it was a bit awkward and confusing on arrival.

Location is excellent for walks around the city center, with many excellent restaurant choices nearby. The room was quite romantic and the bathroom was updated and modern.

Being charged extra for a small jug of fresh milk (as opposed to the UHT Creme supplied), for in-room coffee was, I thought, a bit small-minded.

Great Location, in the heart of La Petite France Island. Breakfast is very good, although a little expensive. Bedroom was a good size. Nicely furnished with traditional French style pieces.

Everything was perfect

The hotel could not be in a better location, central for all that Strasbourg has to offer. Our room was large and very well appointed and the hotel is beautiful. Without exception the staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you especially to Alexandra for all of your advice and kindness. We look forward to returning to this lovely hotel.

Nothing.

We had the top floor room and windows looking out to see the cathedral. The room was pretty and clean. The staff are friendly and easy going. We went there around Xmas period so everything was decorated beautifully. Our room does not have a bath tub but was alright. This hotel is at the heart of Strasbourg, which means it is easy to get around the area. Lots of shops, restaurants etc.

It was a perfect location. We went for a visit to the Christmas Markets and were not disappointed. We walked right out of the charming hotel into a cobblestone street with two markets, one to the right of us, and one to the left. What could be more perfect. I was surprised we were on an island in the city’s center, so that was darling. It was a Magical trip, Magical location and I’d go back in a heartbeat. The Spa looked amazing, but due to time constraints, we didn’t try. I would highly recommend.

Bed was not super comfortable and had issues with plumbing that we alerted the staff about at checkout.

Everything was so cute and authentic. We were looking for a provincial French vibe and it delivered.

It was difficult to get to because of the limitation to foot-traffic only. We were not sent the letter explaining the process to access the property. In the end, things worked out after we learned we needed to utilize an underground parking facility and walk to the hotel (short walk about 15 minutes).

Check-in hour at 4:00 pm is the latest I’ve experienced, and I do travel a lot. They could at least offer you a call if the room is ready before that time so you can come earlier. This is something that many hotels with earlier check-in times have done at upper scale hotels. After a long flight or trip, that is a welcome and classy addition, done to us in Zurich.

The facilities are very unique and feels like you’re at home. The lounge/living room is very unique and cozy. The room was big with a very comfortable bathroom. We loved the place and the location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Strasbourg is magical, unique, and lovely!

I liked the Hotel since it is Heritage property and also in Petit France. Everything was nearby, Restaurants, Cathedral, Tram Stop etc.
