Our room was ample size. The front desk staff was terrific! Breakfast was delicious. The location was in a quiet area with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

As it concerns the stuff most of them were really helpful and kind the only problem was last day we’re supposed to check out in the morning but early the previous day we made a new reservation for the night so we can stay in the room and we paid in the spot so at check out the woman that was there was really rude and muttering under her breath in French like that was the biggest inconvenience while saying over and over that we owed her money eventually it was proven that we did pay and she did not even apologise

Most of our stay were really nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was nice, since it was close to at least 2 metro lines and bus stops. It was really convenient to move around.

Fab location... Great staff ... comfie rooms..... compact but there only for sleeping. Great reception space for meet ups.... and lovely free coffee in foye. We were a group of 5.... 2 rooms... triple and a twin. Oh.. and make sure to visit the LOVELY wine bar directly across the street.

Staff were really helpful, rooms clean. Location is excellent, lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Metro station very near with links to all major attractions. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and in reception area too.

Can’t really find any fault with the hotel. They were so good.

The location was amazing - about 15 mins from central Paris and a local lively atmosphere that was brilliant. Wonderful boulangerie on the corner and some wonderful bistros (we enjoyed Chez Papa’s IPA and crème brûlée). Highly recommend. All staff wonderful and helpful.

Nobody cleaned the room between 10 am and 16 pm when we got back and started knocking which is pretty late.

The hotel is located in a great area with theatres, small restaurants, bistros, shops and bakeries. You have everything around you at less then 1 minute. It is very lively in the evening and there are many options to dine out. Very clean and beautiful area with locals mostly. There are 2 different metro station nearby. Easy access from CDG. The hotel offers 2 types of rooms and although we booked Superior room because of the double bed it turned out that they are not renovated and look much older than in the picture, and have bathtube not shower. We asked for a change of the room and we got a TWIN which was actually with 1 big bed with 2 mattresses so it was completely fine. These rooms are much better, newly decorated, bright and with shower cabin. The ones that look over the street which is pedestrian with 2 bistros, have small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The lobby offers free water, espresso and coffee which was great. The staff was very polite.

Great hotel with a amazing and helpful receptionistI. t's a perfect place to stay if you want to roam around the city within a day or two. It is kind a best option too as well because it's comes under ZONE 1 & 2 as per transport tickets. Metro station is 5 mins walk and several places to eat as well.

The toiletries are not so good. We had very overdried and itchy skin after using the shower gel. The rooms need a bit of renovation but it wasn’t bad in general

I loved the location and the staff. Many important attractions are just in walkable distance. We also enjoyed a nice bakery right on the corner of the street. We had a problem with electricity in our room and thanks to the staff it was fixed quickly. They changed our room within an hour. Anything we asked was nicely provided.

Really great hotel, loved how close it was to metro stations, the size and height of the room is great for Paris. Had a full wardrobe and fridge which was great. Staff are really good and attentive, helped us store our bags before our room was ready so we could explore Paris. Also really close to Montmartre if you want to explore that one day. Loved that there was a balcony, and the street was lovely to just sit out there

We stayed in a triple room and it was actually 3 single beds and not a sofa bed. Everything about this hotel is great!, Staff are excellent, its a perfect location for food and the metro plus the hotel has a bar, lifts, breakfast and is clean. Its great value for money and is a modern hotel. The only one thing I would add is that it would be great to have additional plug sockets or usb points near the beds for charging phones, etc. whilst in bed but overall we will be back- loved it!

Bathroom is rather smal but well equipped. Could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Excellent location in a very quiet cul-de-sac, very near a metro station and in walking distance from various points of intrest (Montmartre, Pigalle, Opera, La Fayette). Very comofortable room. Good breakfast on the ground floor (not as usual in the basement) with plenty of refills. Professional staff, attentive to demands.
