One night out of the seven I experienced I bit cold inside the room, the Temperature was around - 3°C but the heater was not covering all the cold.

They were all the time super kind on my requests, patience and they made me feel like a real guest who deserve the best.

Location is the best. If you are the walker type, you can reach to anywhere easily. Also, it’s close to key metro stations. Staff is nice. they know good level of english.

There are several things that we didn’t like for example there were only two sockets in the room and it’s pretty much not enough. Also it would be good to have big mirror in the room not just in the bathroom. And they don’t serve any food even the coffee to the room, just to know. In general it’s not that much important but would nice to have.

At first we had a room at 6 floor (606), which looked like hobbit room with tiny roof window. We were so upset because the room that I booked was completely different, but in case that we came very late that room was the last one. Next day we asked for another room and we got very nice room with small Parisian style balcony on 4 floor (403), it was very bright, more stylish and more comfortable. it was pretty warm room. Beds were comfortable to sleep and clean. The district very nice with amazing architecture. A lot of different restaurants were around and a metro stations were also not so far. And approximately 15 minutes to Moulin Rouge.

I would have inserted power sockets near the bed

we had a very nice stay here at Hotel Le Cardinal! the staff was polite and efficient. They satisfied my request for a room with a street view (thank you so muuuuch!) The room was clean and functional, near Montmartre and near to Metro stops ! They also have a beverage corner so you can refill your water bottle or take a hot tea! If i went back to paris I would choose them again :)

On brakfast one day there were no eggs, other day no bagette. Not so bad. On reception we were told that the breakfast is until 11. am. but the waitress said to us, that on weekdays it will be until 10 am. In front of hotel read that breakfast is until 10.30 am.

The price was excellent because we booked so early. Location was excellent and all the neighborghood also. Breakfast was good enough. All was clean and staff was very friendly.

there wasn’t any shower curtain in the long bath so we were not able to have a proper shower causing water spattered everywhere. mineral water were not provided daily, there were stains on my bed sheets but the housekeeper didn’t change even she see it and continue to use the same sheet for the next 5 days of my stay.. we stayed 7 nights during our stay.. other then that all good!

there was a microwave at a cost corner for guest to heat up their packed food and simple coffee and tea was available too.. Morning shift staff were particularly friendly and helpful.. the 2 young ladies.

There was nothing I didn't like. Maybe the breakfast could be a little improve with variety.

Very nice staff, clean and welcoming hotel. Our room had a very large tub which was difficult for my husband to step into. The front desk person was very understanding and helped us move to a room with a walk in shower. The ladies at the front desk were helpful with sights to see and directions.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary water, coffee and tea at the lounge area. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Plenty of supermarket/groceries options outside and plenty of restaurants/cafe outside.
