You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWaking at 5am to unlatched shutters on a windy morning. Rooms and beds are quite small but efficient.
A very charming hotel with equally charming staff. The dinner and service was wonderful. Best of all was the amazing sauna after a cold day of ski.

United KingdomThe menu at the restaurant could be improved so as the food, also very expensive. Breakfast is until 10.00 but at 9.30 there is hardly anything left. SPA facilities are a bit basic.
The room was comfortable and we had a terrace which was convenient with the dog. Easy walk to the village.

FranceIt was still summer low season, and the restaurant was closed(not a big problem as there were others around the main square). Our room was facing the parking lot (not a big problem either; it was quiet!)
Excellent location. Only 5 minute walk to the main square. Their breakfast was very good but pricey. The classic room was confortable and clean, size good for a 2-night stay. The bathroom was nicely designed.

United KingdomThe hot tub and swimming pool area is not connected with the main building. The hotel is a little further away from the centre and the cabin to go to the ski area and the local bus is not regular.
Nice comfortable room with outside terrace ( great if travelling with a dog) excellent breakfast, very welcoming staff, we really enjoyed our stay.

United KingdomHidden charge of 120 euros to make the sofa bed - NOT disclosed at check in Road to the hotel closed and tried to cancel but hotel staff rude and unhelpful. Missed a whole day of skiiing and could only get to the hotel by the evening! Hotel expensive and not value for money! Breakfast not included and poor !
