Bar area was a little basic.

The old world charm. We stayed in a chalet with à huge double bed,very comfy. All was spotlessly clean. Food was good although some dishes were overpriced.

We were disappointed that there were no facilities in the room for tea and coffee making.. Arriving on a very cold afternoon they would have been very welcome. The accommodation not being available until 5 o’clock. Did not leave much time to unpack and get ready for the evening meal.

Always very welcoming. The chalets are very comfortable and were extremely warm in view of the poor weather. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

the walls in the restaurant were bright white. a little lacking in atmosphere! as a decorator I would recommend a soft grey or other neutral tone which would still enhance the artwork but remove the harshness of the white.

For someone totally dependent on crutches when not in a wheelchair, bathroom tiles that are slippery are scary.

The staff were, as ever, helpful, friendly and efficient. Their provision of accommodation suitable for a disabled client (me) was generally good.

This was our second stay at la Chalet de la Foret. Very easy, comfortable, ideal when travelling with a dog and the restaurant meal served at dinner is exceptionally good. We will be back!

The weather! It rained during an outside evening meal!!

As a disabled traveller, the facilities in the dedicated chalet were excellent and the help given by the staff excellent and unobtrusive. We have stayed here many times and the service and standard of food was as ever, excellent.

It was all good. Perhaps being able to make a tea or coffee in our room would have been good.

We enjoyed our overnight stop here. The cabin was perfect accommodation when travelling with our dog who loved the outside space. We enjoyed apéros on the terrace and a super meal. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and our room very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Warm welcome. Spacious room, efficient shower, comfortable bed, no noise intrusion. Well cooked dinner in pleasant ambience. Convenient, secure parking. Tasty bread and pastries at breakfast.

Our only complaint was that there was street noise, but then again we selected a hotel that was along our driving route so that is to be expected.

It was a perfect hotel for our family travelling with a dog. The rooms were very comfortable and the dog had a very large enclosed space to run and chase his ball after having spent a lot of time in the car. The restaurant serves very high quality food, including a lovely breakfast.

Both room and bathroom in the Chalet were a decent size, clean, and well equipped. Our dog was allowed in the room with us and there were plenty of green areas to walk around in. The evening meal and breakfast were very good. The hotel is perfect for a stopover and is situated in a very quiet location yet close to the motorway.

The staff, particularly in the restaurant were not very friendly on this visit, perhaps due to the distancing effects of the Covid situation.

Great Logis de France very close to the Autoroute, very clean and good food. Typical Logis experience of good food and basic accommodation.
