We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

There is a nice view on the train station of Valenciennes from the 4th floor of the hotel where my room was located.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the centre of the village, next to the train station. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the hotel was quite diverse: hot - scrambled eggs, sausages, also cold meat, cheese, jams, yoghurt, pancakes, cereals, bread, crosant, coffee, hernata, juices, chocolate. There was something for everyone. I strongly recommend.

United StatesRight next to train station, bit loud with trains etc running. Parking was under trees with LOTS of birds that completely took care of my car over night :), bed pretty worn out. Area/location ok ish. You can walk everywhere which is nice. But also right at the train station not a lot of things there either. Too expensive for what I got.
Very clean, relatively chic/trendy, view of the pretty train station, got an upgrade to a nice room. Parking around the corner for free.
