We only found a restaurant on the beach, I'm not sure if this is open at night, but the nearest other is a 20 minute walk into Monaco, as with the nearest shop.

It’s situated up a hill and the town itself has limited options for food. The communication around how to navigate getting to the place from the train station and also getting food, buses etc could really be a lot better. It’s quite difficult to walk up with your bags on all the stairs using the walking track from google maps, however if you put in the way you would drive this is a much more direct route with less stairs. We had no luck with the local pizza place as it was always closed when it said it was going to be open, our best luck was going across to Monaco where there are large supermarkets and many food options. However knowing this about the town, a more comprehensive guide about the bus options and directions would have saved us a lot of stress. Some info on the bus routes/times/how you buy a ticket would be great. Given the limited options it may be good as well to have a cup of noodles or something in the vending machine. Or just come prepared with food with you. The price is quite good for the area I found, although keep in mind things like linen and air conditioning come at an extra price so budget this in prior.

It’s a good price for a larger group looking for accomodation on this coastline. Once your bags aren’t an issue it’s easy to walk to the beach and train station to visit some of the amazing locations very close by. It is so easy to get to Eze, Monaco, Nice, Menton etc which are all magical. Even the town it’s in is beautiful. We had a lovely view of the sea. The beach is lovely. You have access to a pool, gym, table tennis and laundry. They do a bakery delivery service for the morning if you put in the order the day before. Staff were friendly. There is a vending machine with a few snacks.

I didn't enjoy the Roosters from neighbouring gardens at 4am, it was a problem as it is very hot in the apartment without air conditioning. (The fans helped a lot, but we still had to have windows open) The wi-fi was useless, didn't work at all

The space the quite small for a family. The bunk were placed in the front area by the door / hallway away from the family space. The apartment also had a strange musty smell and smelled of cigarette smoke too. Also we had to pay for quite a few extras like the linen set, baby high chair and cot. Lastly the cleanliness was lacking. There were dirty plates in the washer when we arrived, the kids cot sheets were stained and high chair was also very dirty.

The location was great. Close to bus and train links. The view over the riviera was priceless. The area was also quiet and not over crowded. The quick access to the beach was also a huge plus. The pool area was also nice.

I thought we could clean the pavement and alleys with the Karscher with lavender soap to take dogs' smells out (somewhat). I think that we should have the floor buttons on both sides of the car elevators. There should be transats on the Beach de la Buse also.

I loved the location. Beautiful view of the golf. I loved the facilities. The apartment was correct.

Linen and towels were at an extra cost, which we were not told about when booking. No air conditioning, not very well stocked - no tea towels or hand towels, only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwashing tablet, when asked we were told we could buy more at reception but I would think for the price these would be sufficiently provided for length of stay. Advertised as sea view but we were down in the corner on bottom level.

Good location in relation to the train station. Easy access to the beach! Wifi was good, as was the access to pool and little gym area. Nice enough, comfortable apartment.

I do understand that apartments are small, but it is very cramped with 4 people, can't imagine 6 people sleeping in the apartment.

The property exceeded my expectations! we were a group of 8 and we had a lot of room and space! The balcony was very large and the location was perfect within 10 minutes walking from the train station which was amazing for day trips! I would highly recommend!

I would like to have more consumable, like toilet paper, or soap, or shower gel, but that is the hotel politic. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The view was spectacular, and the blue of the golf leaves you breathless. The room has everything you need. It was a really quiet place, where you can spend perfect days.

There could be more washmachine in a building, one is not enough. On the second day I waited a long time but it was always occupied so I hand-washed at the last.

Good location , beach just about 5 minutes' walk down. We enjoyed the balcon very much. Costs for wash machine and dryer is also ok ( 4 Euro for a wash and 2 Euro for dryer)
