The access corridor to the apartment door looked a bit shady but you get used to it. The toilet mechanism was a bit ancient and the space itself too claustrophobic. The internet connection was down.

Comfortable, tidy and well-located apartment right in Lyon's city centre. Perfect for a single person or a couple if you don't mind tight spaces.

The place is a bit strange and looks like an escape game to get in. The place was quite hot with only one window to cool it down and an electric fan. The shower was fixed with tape. And the toilet was really smelly, like moist odor of some kind.

Victor is a really kind host and was careful to give me all the information I needed for my stay. The district is really cool with lots of good places to visit.

The room is tiny. Hardly 2 people can fit there. The toilet is as big as the toilet bowl. No space to move. No wardrobe. The room is on the last floor so you have to walk up the stairs from the last elevator floor. The entrance of the building was full of rubbish and smelly bins. The price only reflects the location. Anything else is far below average.

You cannot call this an ‘apartment’. There was: - no crockery, so couldn’t even heat water for tea. - no coat hangers so could not hang up clothes not wash them. - no working heater - the staff member could not get it to work. - toilet room so small I had to sit on the toilet on a 45 degree angle so as get clear space

the location thats showed in the booking’s page was hundred metres away from the real location. the owner of the room didnt say anything about that and it took us 1 hour to find the real place. the room is in the roof of an apartment and everything about this roof was dirty. also the size of the room was so small that two people cant walk at the same time, in the shower and toilet I couldn’t even turn around.

The apartment, especially the bed, was to small. In the toilett and the shower was always a bad smell. It was dirty everywhere.

The instructions on how to pick up the keys were in French, but it was nothing Google translate couldn't handle. The owner phoned me a couple of days before to check that I had received them, which was reassuring. The location marked on Booking.com is inaccurate - it is actually at the southern end of Rue Grolee by Pont Wilson. This has the potential to be quite confusing when trying to find it.

Good location between the main station and the old town. A small self contained room with everything you need including toilet, shower, fridge, microwave, table, tv and a fan. It was ideal for me as a lone traveller. Wifi worked well once I had managed to type in the ridiculously long and complex password. I'm not sure why some of the other reviews are so negative, as I found the room both comfortable and functional.

Not a hotel so inconvenient meeting with someone to collect keys, & of course, no front desk. Could not use the 'free WIFI', as there was no password.

Perfect location with an excellent pizzeria just down the stairs,in an historical building with character. The owner is very helpful, accommodating and kind. He let us leave our luggage in the room for the day, which was a great kindness to enjoy the city one more day. Check in and check out are smooth and easy. We appreciate the pet allowed at no extra fee. The room has everything you may need for a short stay.

Washroom could be less cluttered . it would have been nice if Body gel would have been there.

I was visiting Lyon from Paris for a vacation. The room had good facilities, bed was quite comfortable. Location is excellent. More importantly it was worth the money, so really met my expectation for my short travel.
