I found the breakfast a bit expensive for the offer

The integration with the natural parc, the sparsely distributed provence style buildings giving a notion of space

This hotel was beyond exceptional. One of the best 5-star hotels we’ve been to globally. Everything was perfect - the room, the facilities, the property, the farm, the food truck, the staff. The attention to detail was spectacular. They also had a 24/7 WhatsApp chat service which was beyond helpful. We will definitely be back!

The main gate does not open automatically and you must get off your vehicle to ring the bell, not a big deal but considering the high attention to detail in every single / imaginable aspect, this stands out as oddly designed.

Hard to put in words the experience of being hosted in such location. Being embedded within a natural reserve, a stone’s throw away from a virgin beach, surrounded by forest but looked after by an attentive staff in exquisite facilities (including a beautifully designed spa, a restaurant cuisine supporting locally harvested ingredients, hot tub in terrace, Nuxe skincare products offered as complimentary welcome pack…)

Very well sorted out place, the staff was really nice, we didn't manage to find anything to bother us. The natural park is beautiful and brings alot to the ambiance. As for the rating, Le Hameau, should up there.

The only disappointment was that the one item on the restaurant menu (rib eye steak) was unavailable on the day we dined there.

It was everything and more than we expected. Very attentive staff, buggy’s to transport you and luggage around, emergency laundry, very relaxing, huge beautiful room with separate free standing bath and shower/bathroom, set up for your welcome on the TV, private veranda and hot tub, lovely restaurant, excellent gym, small but clean spa area, lovely location with beach service. First selection of mini bar including beer/wine/juice/biscuits free of charge until first restock. WhatsApp chat with the reception was fab and so easy!!

The Spa isn’t quite big enough indeed for a five star, especially given it’s open to outside guest. There’s a small pool that can’t qualify as a swimming pool

Absolutely charming hotel with a blend of authenticity and exquisite design. Rooms are spread across several small buildings that replicate the look and feel of a small village of its own with its alleys made of wood, citrus, sculptures, pétanque area and even its ´church’. All of which blends perfectly with the surrounding parc and nature. The rooms in the main Hameau building face a delightful view over the salines. There’s a direct path towards the beach even tough you won’t find a private beach here as the hotel sits in the middle of the Port Cros natural parc. The Spa Nuxe offers heavenly massages. The restaurant offers the utmost quality when it comes to onsite gastronomy

The parking fee is unusual and unwelcome for such a high standard hotel. It must be included in the rate (considering the rates) Breakfast not of a high standard (no fresh croissants, no lactose-free products). I specifically asked for lactose-free products on the first day but they couldn't find it even for the second day. Inadequate for a five-star hotel at 400 euros per night.

Great facility in terms of the space and furnishings of the outdoor areas and the room. Kind and helpful staff. Access to the beach and general peacefulness of the environment.

Lousy restaurant where the chef and manager made literally zero effort to produce a vegetarian evening meal, despite being asked several days in advance if this was possible and being reminded at lunchtime. We’re talking no meat, no fish here; not hardcore veganism. Various dishes on the menu could have been adapted with ease but instead the best they offered was a plate of steamed vegetables (which was in fact a side dish for the grills).

Beautiful setting Lovely room Charming staff
