A very modern hotel with an excellent location (about a five-minute walk from Notre Dame). The staff was very kind and helpful with some personal difficulties we had in our stay.

Front of the building looks unappealing as empty shops either side. Nothing hotel can do, just doesn’t look nice.

Would have liked and needed a laundry service offered-even just a contract with a laundry service that the hotel could use and get the laundry back to us all taken care of. The staff did help me find a self-serve laundromat so I did that.

The staff was so helpful! The location was perfect and we quickly got the hang of the metro from the Luxemburg metro station.

Only negative was that the breakfast room was very small. Only 5-6 tables. One morning we went down and a table wasn’t available. Maybe they could do booked breakfast slots to prevent this. But they did offer for us to take trays up to our room.

The hotel had a lovely small boutique feel with some unique details. It was very clean and in a fantastic location.

No door to the shower. Small elevator but extremely efficient.

Best location. Extremely exceptional staff. Walking distance to Notre dame cathedral. We got the suite for three people and room is just right size. Staff who cleaned our room daily did an amazing job. Smells great. Very nice snacks daily from 3-6 pm. Lobby was clean too.

Very spacious, modern and clean room. We always get back to our room with complimentary macarons and bottled water which was very nice. Staff was friendly and willing to help all the time. Highly recommended. Will definitely come and stay here again.

Dreadful hairdryer, no fresh milk or kettle. It is more a lobby with lovely rooms.

Rooms are quit small, bath is separate from room only by white curtain so not suitable for everyone. We could hear the baby crying in the next room. Small room for breakfast.

The location is great, a bus stop right near and a metro in five minutes walk. Staff were nice, very clean, nice decoration, something sweet waited for us every day. We won a small breakfast as a gift.

All the shared spaces (hall, elevator ect.) are very tiny.

Staff very friendly, spacious room and many pleasant services and facilities. The position is also very good, a safe neighbourhood super near to Notre dame and has everything you need. Loved the free snack time in the afternoon

Although we had a really nice time and appreciated the hospitality, the prices of the rooms are generally quite higher for the standards offered.

The location was ideal, very central and easy to walk to many different areas. Also super close to metro stations. The room was comfortable and clean. Cleaning services were provided daily. The employees were kind and helpful.

As said above, not sure why it was so minimalistic in terms of hooks, hangers and shelves. Or the fact that there were only one pair of sleepers and bath robe while we were three guests. The decor is not what I would chose personally but decent enough.

Great location, a moment from Notre Dame. Very quiet room, two large windows were giving on the large boulevard but on 4th floor and with double glazing. We were never disturbed by any noise from inside or outside the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Wonderful bathroom with very large shower section. A few little things could have made a difference for a guest, like a couple of hooks on the wall for coats and hand bags and some extra hangers in the wardrobe. Also, a shelf in the shower section. Staff was super friendly, polite and helpful.

We had to move rooms due to our length of stay which was fine and we understood and still choose this hotel. The last night we were on a lower floor and it was noisier. The area around the hotel could stand a little improvement

staff was exceptional this year, even better then last year when we also stayed. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and do everything to make our stay the best possible. Loved the afternoon tea/coffee hour, especially in winter, this was superb! Rooms are darling, even with remodeling going on.

The room was larger than the average Paris hotel room, but it lacked any ambience, amenities or appeal. It was just a room in a good location.

The location was very convenient for sightseeing and public transportation.
