We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely clean modern hotel with friendly staff and good adjoining rooms for families. We all loved the pool and steam room with outside patio for sunbathing.

United KingdomBefore we arrived the hotel cancelled our spa treatments and no alternative was offered. Which was one of the reasons we stayed there. No coffee making facilities in the rooms you had to buy coffees in the reception area.
The hotel was ok if a bit tired. Stairs carpets were quite dirty and our shower wouldn’t stay upright and there was no shower screen so the whole bathroom got wet. The swimming pool was nice though and a real plus.
