The property was very dirty, the toilets were in such a bad condition that we could not even use them. The room is nothing like in the pictures, however if you just want to survive for a few days in Paris, for a really affordable price, than go for it.

The room wasn’t great. No hot water or bathroom fan, bathroom smelt. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper and received 2 small towels. Light and wiring were hanging from ceiling and hard to get in and out of room with cupboard in front of door. Cleanliness was ok.

Location was good, close to public transport. Staff were pretty friendly and helped me with my bags.

We arrived during the night and there is not a sign of the entrance to the hotel, so we almost got lost. The bedroom was clean but the share showers, the stairs and the common areas were dirty. The bed was not confortable

The concierge at the hotel was very kind. And the location was good.

Shared bathroom and toilets were dirty and uncomfortable. I had to kill a cockroach in the room..Left it just outside the bin so that the cleaner an see it and maybe they do something about it.

The location is very good, if you need a 1 night say, it's acceptable.

Standard of finish seems as it is under construction. Staff were friendly but the actual conditions can be greatly improved.

The entire hotel looks shady. It is under construction and you will find paint boxes all over the place. It is untidy with no amenities in the room. Staff was ok.

The location is fairly good for this property. Metro is quiet accesible but still far from main attractions of the city.

There was no hot water for shower and towels. Pillows were not comfortable. The sound isolation was bad

There was no duvet with cover in the room, only a fluffy blanket. Of course, it is not clear how often blanket is been washed, and I doubt that after each new visitor. Also there wasn’t any towel. Toilet is creepy, I would never choose shared bathroom and toilet if I knew it’s condition. Bathroom also quite bad, but not so much as toilet.

The stairs were darker, the carpet seems very dusty and dirty, My bed was dusty, the mattress was not good, the wc It was full of hair down the drain and dusty

Room didn’t look like in the photos. In shared shower there were a cockroaches and some of them I the room too. Shared bathroom was disgusting and mostly dirty. Also there wasn’t any crash bin in the apartment.

there was hair from the previous customer on the sheets, we got a little cold at night, but we couldn't use the blanket without any cover, because we were not sure of its cleanliness. the rooms were not soundproof and definitely not the same room we saw in the photo!

The room do not match the pictures. Nothing alike, really disappointing. The corridor smell cigarette and the towels are not clean. there is cigarets burn on the blankets and they smell really bad.

You can hear everything that happens outside. In our case, there was a (I think drunk) person yelling all night long until 5 a.m. So we were not able to sleep properly :-(

It was close to a metro station that's in the center of the city. Location is very good for this price.

The hotel is rather dirty. The toliet is smelly and disgusting. The shower space is very small. It is an old building but I think the hotel can do better. And the hotel doesn’t provide a bin in the room which I think should be essential. It doesn’t cost much, right? And what’s more, the price is not cheap.

in the photo of the publicity apparently a new room is seen and it is not in the bathroom there was a cockroach and there was no garbage the room was dusty.

You can hear other guests in their rooms, the location is very noisy and the windows are single glazed, the shower was rubbish, the toilet was falling apart, the toilet roll was the thinnest I've ever seen, the actual building is old and seems like it's constantly under development.

Location and price are the only 2 factors that were good. No one was there to greet me on check in, room was tiny and old and dirty, bed is so uncomfy, pillows were made of rock, staff were impossible to find (but friendly and helpful once they did show up!) But for the price you can't complain.
