We were a couple but they gave us two single beds, one of which had a broken leg and it was not stable to sleep on. The bathroom was dirty and the room was also very dirty and run down. Also the windows were not closing well and hence our sleep was interrupted from outside noise.

The location was convenient and the room had a fan.

cleanliness zero. Noise 1 million decibels of pneumatic drills on and off all day and into the nnight. our room was overlooking rue montgolfier so that is a high building with a narrow street which made everything echo . it was as though the road works and sirend and noisy bars were actually inside the room. my firend had to lend me noise cancelling earphones When it came to leave the other guy refused to order us a taxi saying go over there. can you ring a taxi for us . no. why. havne't got the number he couldn't be bothered to find taxi on google. my internet didn't work. the citymapper app was overbooked and my friend was gettingn nowhere booking a taxi. he sent us to a taxi rank with 1 empty taxi in. and no others. stranded in paris and no way to get home. in the end a good samaritan showed us how to take the metro. My friend had to buy loo rolls as we were only given one! room only cleaned once and the loo had started to smell as it wasn't cleaned before we got there or during the stay. the plugs were wobbly. my video woudln't upload. is this really safe?

nothing. except the one saving grace was the man who also served in the creperie next door actually hailed my friend a taxi for me late at night to go to his hotel across town.

Everything could be better

The main reception was run down and not at all presentable. The overall up keep of the of the hotel was bad. The room was full of bugs and we got bitten all over. The window could not close properly and it opened up to the street which was busy all night I was alone with my little girl and I was scared. The shower did not work I got dressed and went down to tell the person at the office area and he said the boss would come but nobody came so we ended up just leaving so not worth €90

First of all , There is no elevator , i had to go up by stairs to the 4th floor with my luggage with no help and no bellboys to help me with my stuff. Second , this is the first I check in to an hotel with no hot water to take a bath. Even the Seat toilet doesn’t flush. Third , Staff are very rude with 0 communication and they don’t even speak English. I had a very bad experience , I don’t recommend it at all. this is the worst hotel I have been in. I wonder how is this hotel is still operating until this day !

Shared shower is one of the minuses of this property, you have a toilet in your room but shower is shared with people on your floor.

It is good for the money, very good for short stays! location is absolutely perfect, close to the metro, you can reach centre of Paris (Eiffel, Arc, Louvre t.t) very easily. To the Eiffel it took us 20-25 minutes max! Very friendly staff and very helpful!! Clean too, it is not noisy and you can get good night sleep for sure! Restaurants, shops and even a corner shop open til 4am is couple of minutes walk.

The room was so small for 2 people wasnt like the pictures at all. The shower leak into the main part of the room, which caused the room the be slippery as the floor was all tiles. We asked for more towels as we only got one each, one and a bit of toilet roll as well.. room was never checked.

The pictures are not true! I paid at the reception before I saw the room. After seeing the room, which turned out to be horrible and did not meet any sanitary standards, I went back to the reception. At the reception I was told that they have no refunds. I had to rent another hotel. The next morning I received an email that Le Petit Borda had cancelled my reservation - because I did not show up at the hotel! And they want to charge me again! I recall that I had paid for the room at the front desk. I ended up staying at another hotel, and I paid three times for that night. That's awful.

The recepcionist abused of be!! I arrived at 00:00, after asking for my nationality (brazilian) the man started making convo and hug me 3 times, took to my room and stayed there for 30 min, i said lots of times i just wanted to sleep and i was tired he kept making convo and hug me more 3 times. Make me follow him on instagram and after texted me how beautiful i was and was trying to meet me around paris on the next day

The person at check-in barely acknowledged me, kept FaceTiming throughout and kept me waiting for ages. When I got to my room it was dark, dirty and smelly. The only thing resembling the photos were the floral sheets, which I’m not so sure get changed… The whole room was dusty and dirty. The bathroom smelled disgusting and had hair in the drain, towels smelled weird too. In general the whole experience was very uncomfortable.

The location, it was cheap for Paris.

There was no wifi and the "hotel" is a converted hostel with no private bathrooms/showers, and the facilities that are there are shared and a health hazard. The photos on the hotel page are heavily edited.

everything. if you don't want to hear muslim prays, if you don't want to leave in room with damaged sealing, if you don't want to go to toilet which is fully in garbage, if you don't want to HEAR HOW THE WATER FLOODING through the pipe exactly in your room, from floor above of you, if you don't want to leave in room with windows wich even closed have a such big spaces, that you hear the street same like they opened, if you don't want to leave in room where bed clothes are smells not good, then avoid this place. AND HERE WAS A MOUSE!!! AGAIN!!!

When choosing hotels on your site, I always start from reviews and comments. I was surprised when I arrived at the place as the room did not meet my expectations. According to the photo, everything was much cooler and more comfortable, so when we arrived at the place, we were disappointed because the price-quality ratio does not match we already had the experience of traveling to paris and booked a room for the same price for the location and not far from the center and everything was much better so we were not satisfied with this trip
