Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsGreat location! Superbly renovated lobby and lounge area inside a historic building. There is an elevator. Our room for 3 people was the largest room I have rented for anyone in France! Air conditioning at +32 was very helpful! We had a problem with hot water - we lived alone in this building. In the morning the manager flushed the water and it went hot). As compensation for the cold evening shower, we received a free breakfast!

United KingdomThere is no parking. You have to look around the hotel to find this in payable parking bays. You need to go past the hotel and turn left and left again to find parking bays. The hotel is not easy to spot when driving. Keep a good look out ! It is not a standalone building

PolandIt's a perfect hotel to enjoy Lyon as a tourist. It's 5 minutes from cathedral, 10 minutes from Hotel de Ville and so on. Building is very nicely renovated, you can sort of immerse into Viey Lyon vibe, but with all necessary amenities. Also, there's a parking nearby! Very useful in this dense city. Breakfasts were a treat, even during CORONA times. I would highly recommend this place, and hope to return there.

PolandRooms we've had were facing internal courtyard, or even common space with sofas, where other guests spent their time chatting. Not really an issue, but would be nice to know that in advance.
Very convenient location, 15min walk from most attractions. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, with clean bedrooms. Good selection for breakfast, which is a blessing, when you compare it to croissant & coffee as default option that I recall from other french hotels. On top of that, hotel offers a parking place! Not in the same building, but just around a corner, and usually there's a spot to load/unload luggage in front of hotel's main door.

SwitzerlandA few things: - The breakfast isn’t worth the price. It has very few options, basically different types of bread and jam, one kind of cheese and some ham. The juice was not fresh, and there was a boring fruit salad. Furthermore, the simple fact that a 4-star hotel does not provide gluten-free, lactose-free options is appalling. - When we made the reservation, we received a link to answer a few questions regarding our stay. The hotel asked what we wished to have provided among the options listed, such as toothbrushes and an ironing board. We chose some options, expecting these to be provided in the room. No. Please don’t waste your time with this link provided, as when we arrived, we found out that even a bottle of water had to be requested in the reception or called from the room. - The key system. We must leave the keys in the reception every time we go out. Needing to leave the keys which open and close the garage at the hotel every time we go out is not only very annoying but also felt dangerous to need to park in front of the hotel in a very busy street to leave the keys in the reception.
The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the fact it has a parking lot (even though it is a little pricey - 30 euros per daily stay). We got the superior room and it was clean, the bed was comfortable.
