We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We were so glad we chose this apartment for our first stay on the French riviera. The location could not have been better. It was so easy each day to travel along the train line exploring everywhere from Cannes to Nice. We particularly enjoyed a walk around Cap d’Antibes, but make sure you also explore the historic pottery centre of Vallauris, just a short bus ride from the apartment. When not exploring nearby attractions, we loved being ‘at home’. The hosts have thought of everything to make a stay enjoyable and relaxing. We were able to cook, do the washing, sit on the balcony with a drink and admire the rooftops, pop out to the bakery or supermarket minutes away, just as you might if you lived there. The apartment is small but well designed. The heating was great, bed comfortable, strong wifi, well supplied kitchen, quiet at night… we can’t think of anything negative. We’d definitely like to return for a longer stay!

A really lovely apartment right in the centre of town and with a 2 minute walk to the station which was so handy for trips to Canne, Nice and Monaco. Owners provided excellent instructions and communications.

United StatesAir conditioner only in one room living room, gets hot in the bedroom, or too cold in the living room where ac is, mattress not really comfortable and not enough towels and blankets, elevator is a bit small but fits luggage. Hard to find parking but we managers somehow everyday. Needs new pan to cook ok.
Clean , has everything we needed, close to all shops and beach , nice balcony, has dishwasher and laundry, enough space to dry clothes. Quiet street and not pound at night. Casino supermarket and bakery right next the apartment. Great coffee ma shines provide toilet paper

The staff is very helpful and forthcoming. Boh the train station and bus stop are very close, there are bakeries and markets nearby. It is really good value for the price, we definitely recommend. Australiathe king bed mattress was very hard, and thus caused discomfort. the property is actually managed by another booking site hence we needed to provide further identification, a process that was not made clear at the time. check in time was 5pm, but the owner was able to check us in at 3 pm after the clean had been completed.
it was well equipped and clean. Included NETFLIX, and apartment was well laid out, providing basic food preparation and supplies. Lift access. communication with the owner was excellent. photos provide an honest indication of the apartment.

FranceThe apartment could provide additional linen to change especially if guests are staying more than one week. Just be aware of the late check-in time.
The apartment was clean and really close to the train station and bus so it was easy to get around. The apartment was well equipped for most of my needs, with an air-conditioner included. I would definitely stay there again!!!
