There is a couch you need to open and use as a bed. It is comfortable but when you open it the room gets smaller.

We liked its location. The area is silent and easy to access the city center.

Good location, 10min to the beach. Supermarket on the corner. Small studio with a sofa bed. Bed quite comfortable. Bathroom a good size and washing machine is a bonus. Good kitchen and well stocked with utensils Easy check in process. Nice outdoor area (although it is shared between the block)

Small but had everything you need. Good location in town. walkable to train and beach. Hosts provided all the amenities eg laundry powder, tooth brushes etc easy check in

The place is a bit humid and the ventilation is not great. It is possible to open the windows and ventilate though, which solves the problem. The only issue is that flies enter, so it would be nice to put a mosquito net to prevent that.

The place is quite well located, the center is close walking. It was clean.

At times there was a smell of damp, but nothing that couldn’t be sorted with opening the windows and putting on the air con!!

the property had an amazing location and inside there was everything that you could need. Cedric was amazing when we had a bit of trouble with unlocking the door. He answered the phone straight away and was at the property within 10 minutes to make sure that it was fixed. It was a very comfortable stay.

The room is located in the yard of a residential building, so the Garden or Terrace mentioned in the facilities of the room is actually shared with a big apartment. And be careful, The hot water is extremely hot! :)

The location of the property is great, 12 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the main street. There is a cozy perfect restaurant just across the street. The room is relatively small, but all the facilities in the room were excellent. We have everything we need. Although it provided a sofa bed, It was extremely comfy and beyond expectation. On the first day, we have trouble with our wifi, but as soon as I messaged our host, He gave us the new connection details, and we did not have any problems anymore.

Shower is bit too small for my height at 6'6" (198cm) - can't blame that haha

We liked this tiny home - cozy and comfortable. The bed is very easy to fold out and in. Free parking space right front of it - short & sweet walk to the beach. Community garden in the area to eat our lunch/supper. Groceries nearby so it's just perfect location for us!

The exit/entry was via the rubbish collection area, it obstructed the door on a few occasions and made it hard to access the lockbox for the key.

Cute little studio apartment in the courtyard of a larger residential building. It's simple but has everything that you would need - the perfect place for a night or two while exploring Nice.

So I think a few people have reviewed the same but there is a constant smell in the property of Damp or something being off, especially when you get into bed I think the property despite being modern and sleek it is exactly that sleek there isn’t any room to move especially with the bed out and I think a through clean of both the property and the AC is required. For context I am 5ft 8 & my GF is 5ft 2 both of us had no issues using the shower areas but it is a snug fit and I can imagine those that are a little taller would find it hard to shower properly with lack of space.

The property is located directly opposite a supermarket and is within 5 minute walk to the main train stations & centre of nice. If you fancied a longer walk you can easily get the the beach front in no more than 10-15 minute walk all whilst taking in the beauty of Nice The AC is lovely after a long day as well as despite being in October the weather is still minimum 16-20 degrees even in the evenings

Booked second time. If you want to spend time in Nice and not to spend thousands for accomodation - this is the place! Small, but clean, comfortable and has all necessary equipment. Location is just perfect!

very comfy sofa and aircon! it had everything we needed for a quick stay in nice! gorgeous little garden to sit outside in aswell. supermarket across the road which was handy. short walk to the beach or to the tram.
