The breakfast was okish, nothing amazing. The only cool thing was the pancake maker.

We had everything we needed in our room, it was really large and clean. There is a fridge and big TV. It was a bit cold as we came, but the air conditioning worked well.

The hotel is located at a busy inner town road junction. Not an inspiration location. Tricky to regain Motorway.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was very varied and abundant. Pleasant and attentive staff. Much better than large chains, at comparable cost.

Excellent room with 2nd bedroom attached. Large comfortable bed. Clean and well decorated room. Free car parking Easy to find from A71. Next to restaurant and approx 500m to tram into town centre. Safety deposit box in room. Really good breakfast included within our room rate (normally 13 euro).

Bathroom is a little bit not comfortable and the panels on the walls were not made of ceramics. Fridge was not cooling down the beverage. :-/

Clean room, with enough space just to sleep & go. You have small space to work with the laptop even. Decent breakfast. Nothing remarkable, but also nothing critical to say.

Very hard to find! Eventually found it by using WIFI in another hotel! Otherwise good!

Shower temperature tap does not stop, hard to guess where to stop to get hot or cold water. Shower head was not well calibrated, with a stream of water heading straight to the bathroom floor.

Asked for new glasses in the bar but told none available. Oil / tar stains in car park at front of the hotel, made a mess of foot ware.

The hand basin plug simply didn't work. The bathroom also looked a little tired. The space between the foot of the bead and the desk area was very limited.

A great location for us as it was on the northern outskirts of the town (the direction from which we arrived/left) and a short walk from the tram stop to take us into the centre. It was also 7 minutes' drive from IKEA (which we were also visiting). That said, other than the neighbouring restaurant (which was very good - see below), there is nothing of interest in the immediate vicinity - unless you like artificial ski slopes. Other that the hand basin plug being ineffective and the space at the foot of the bed limited, there were no disappointments. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in very early, the room was pleasant and breakfast was fine. A 10% discount was available at the steakhouse next door and the restaurant's staff were very friendly and the food was very nice (for possibly the first time ever, the food delivered to the table looked exactly the same as the photographs in the menu).

Smelling cigarette smoke when trying to sleep. This was either coming from the ventilation system or someone smoking in the corridor. It's a shame that there isn't a restaurant in the hotel, in spite of the steakhouse next door. If you're not a meat eater, you're stuck with food from Uber Eats.

Although the range of foods available for breakfast was wide the fee of €13 per person , in my view, was over priced.

convenient car parking, accessible room near to lift, modern and clean. Staff helpfully pointed out that the adjacent restaurant gave 10% discount to hotel guests, which we received only drawback was the long waiting time for service.
