The hotel was very dated, really needs a refurb. it is a shame because the situation of the hotel is good. The bathroom was clean but the fittings are not what are expected by todays standards neither was the bedroom, the furniture is very tired. The restaurant would benefit from a more reasonably priced wine list, there was no wine available below 39 euros.

The fact that it had a restaurant that was open on a Monday night, food was good with attentive staff. The reception was good and staff were very welcoming Parking good

The hotel room is quite aged, e.g. a air conditioning system is not functional.

It is very cozy hotel surrounded by the beautiful park. Visitors may enjoy wonderful landscapes relaxing in the hotel restaurant. The personal friendliness and restaurant food quality are admirable.

The rooms were tired and the dado rails and skirting board were hanging of the walls in the hallway, the lights in the hallway were flashing on and off and some were hanging down from the ceiling. The lift only goes up one floor.

The restaurant was nice but premium, the location alongside the river was amazing. They accomodated our dogs which was appreciated. Breakfast was average, with a maximum of one small coissant each and one roll.

Well it’s a long story! We were unfortunately not informed about the presence of insects when lighting is on and windows are open. Obvious no? Not to travellers coming from the city. We were given another room - at midnight - The next morning after an uninteresting and expensive breakfast we were offered no apology or sympathy and after talks with the absent manager we were offered the price of one breakfast! shame really as this hotel has a lot going for it. if only we hadn’t been made to feel it was our fault.

Nothing really.. a few DIY tweaks in bathroom but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Although we couldn't speak much French the staff understood our needs. We arrived extremely tired from an overnight crossing and they saw how tired my husband was and they arranged a room for us. The setting of the hotel was beautiful. Gorgeous river view and quiet. Great to have parking too. The terrace along the river was fabulous. The food very nice. The walk along the river bank was beautiful .

Google Maps took us to the wrong bank of the river. Heat, Windowshutters and Light in our room were out of order!

Location next to the river is very nice. Waitress at breakfast very friendly!

The rooms (5 & 6) are awful: far too small, beds too small, pillows horrible, bathrooms small and VERY gloomy, no pleasant toiletries, mismatched bedside lights, far too few power points for us to have lights on and charge phones, iPAds and laptops at the same time. Noisy too: sound-proofing between rooms and floors is inadequate. Breakfast was limited and poorly served, due to only one staff member available who also had check-out duties at the same time. Restaurant gloomy and impersonal both at dinner and breakfast. It all desperately needs upgrading as the excellent food and location aren't enought to make us want to stay again, after 20 years of frequent visits. Clealry lacks sufficient investment.

The location on the River Loiret is stunning, plus it is convenient for the motorways (A71/A10). The dinner was, as usual, very good, with good wine.
