I took my grandmother to stay at Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain & Spa, as the hotel looked lovely and is conveniently located for someone who wish to stay close to the river and the main sites It was easy for my grandmother to walk to the many nearby restaurants and to the Louvre. The hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and to especially good care of my grandmother, we even had a dip in the hotel pool ! The room was comfortable, clean and tidy and the breakfast buffet was also very tasty. I will stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Paris.

The staff was incredible and the hotel was dreamy! It was on a quiet but central street and it was the most picturesque decor. We went around Christmas time so it was quite magical and smelled of fresh pine in the lobby. The upgraded our room when we checked in and we had the most amazing suite!! It was definitely larger than our US sized master bedroom and had two bathrooms!! What a treat. Annette checked us in and she was amazing/so friendly. We were able to walk to some of the liveliest locations in Saint Germain but if we didn't want to do that we typically hopped on the e-bikes right out front and rode them around the city-which I highly recommend. The bar and cocktails were delicious and it was quite the vibe. Loved hanging out there. The spa was also incredible: only and very minor complaint was that we were hoping the pool was more of jacuzzi temperature but non-issue-just preference. Thank you for a dream vacation!

There is absolutely no complaint at all! This was a unique experience for me. Paris hotels always disappoint.

From the moment we stepped in. The friendliest staff in the whole of Paris. I was a bit happily shocked by how the reception agent took us to the rooms. Showed everything. Then promptly, the luggage came. I was even offered choice of modern decor or traditional. Room and bathroom were immaculate. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Not a single complain!

The sofa bed was supposed tin be prepared. I had emailed twice in advance and received confirmation. When we arrived it was no prepared and I was told it would be prepared that evening at turn down. When I came from dinner it had not been prepared and I had to wait for someone to come and do it. It was extremely unprofessional.

There were a couple of days when my towels weren’t replaced and the mini bar wasn’t replenished at all, but minor issues.
