Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandWe were there for sightseeing, a trip to Disney and shopping. The hotel is a about a half hr walk away from the train station and even the first stop for the hop on hop off bus.
The Hotel has been perfectly renovated, its interior and exterior are beautiful. Breakfast was small but all the food on offer was delicious.

The hotel is chic and is located in one of the best places you could stay in Paris. Close to everything important, but not too close that you have to run into crowd outside your hotel. The design is nice and is new (2022). Visit the bar and the library!

United KingdomNothing much to be honest as mentioned previously the English speaking channels, the Spa wasn't opened yet however they had arranged another Spa location as a surprise from our kids which is a different class service.
Class boutique type hotel where the staff couldn't do enough for you and this was a special occasion for my Wife's 50th birthday, they even had 50th balloons up for us arriving which my Daughter arranged through a female member of staff Claire Boura who she said was the most helpful person ever !!!

United KingdomThey put us in a room which they knew had a defect / mechanical issue. There was a terrible noise which impacted our sleep the first night. While they moved us the next night, it was too late and they acknowledged they knew of the problem. This room should never have been sold. The concierge didn’t listen to instructions and messed up our dinner booking. He first booked too early then I asked him to change the time and alert the restaurant we would be late. We arrived at the restaurant who indicated they had not called them and that given it was full, there would be no table available. This was a Saturday night so didn’t have many other options … The lift entrance for the rooms was next to the restaurant service entrance. This is unacceptable. It was always full of service staff, who were not well trained even. Y I will certainly never go back.

United StatesThe overall staff could be nicer (except for the concierge mentioned before). Our restaurant server wasn't very good--our section seemed secondary, and the place was not busy. Our room was tight and abuts the stairs. We constantly heard people using them. Good thing we were not in our room much.
The overall "vibe" of the place is charming. The lobby decor, lounge/library area was cozy. It was convenient to have the bar and restaurant right there. The nighttime concierge was extremely nice, helpful and engaging. Housekeeping did an AMAZING job. Our room was tidied nicely, and the bathroom was refreshed very well! The location of this hotel is PERFECT This was the best feature about this hotel.

United KingdomThe Hotel is lovely but based on the overall stay, level of service and food, it is completely overpriced especially, as breakfast was not included. Dinner was lovely, but again overpriced. We were travelling with our 7yr old there was not much choice for her, we ate there for ease. The standard of the dinner did not reflect the price. The main dish was good, but the sides were poor Fries hard, veg no flavour. I expected an efficient and excellent service when booking a hotel at the price bracket. This is part of the experience in my opinion. I expected smiley faces, whilst professional there was no personalities except for the gentleman at breakfast. Our cases we still not in our room at 6.30pm. Bar service was slow!
The hotel itself was great, elegant and well presented. The pool and facilities were a great addition.

United StatesThe bathroom had a horrible mildew smell. The minute you walked into the room you could smell it. I could tell after a night of sleeping there is was making us sick. The city was packed with fashion week on the horizon and we couldn't find another hotel to move to. Very disappointing. Having to sleep in a mildew infested room ruined anything else that was nice about the hotel.
Great location in the heart of Saint Germain. The hotel exterior, lobby, restaurant, bar are all beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The room was also quiet which was nice.
