Size of room and lugging suitcases up a tiny spiral staircase!

Having beakfast on the property was lovely! Excellent central location, close to metro and Eiffel Tower. I didn't realize how small hotel rooms are in Paris, but it is what it is! Marianne was especially warm and welcoming to us.

The room did not have a mini fridge

The location was excellent, near two Metro stations and 10 min from Eiffel tower. Close to a local food market, small  shops and restaurants.Very quiet rooms and clean. Nice courtyard ! Clean every day our room!! Comfortable bed & pillows. Free luggage storage. Friendly staff.

Not a lot of space, especially in the bathroom, everything is a bit outdated.

Location is great. The windows of our room faced the courtyard which is very lovely and quiet. Nearby the hotel there are streets with local shops and cafes. The neighbourhood didn't feel touristy, more local, which was also nice.

TI’ve made the rezervation on Feb., they’ve charged the first night about €227, it was OK, I understand it’s a security for them. Then they’ve charged €186 on April and another €227 on May 23th…I thought I would pay the rest when I’ve checked in on June 5th, but no!!! They said it was the blockage and I have to pay all for 4 nights, I’ve payed €900. When I spoke to my bank, they can see that it’s not a blockage but they’ve charged €650 totally during the last months; also I’ve payed €900; what kind of procedure is that!!! They say they will cancel the blockage after I check out today and maybe in a month I will get back my money…unbeleivable!!! I travel all over the world, never had such an experience! The hotel charges months ago and use my money and don’t pay back right away but a month later!!! It was the first time in this hotel and will be the last for sure, also I will think about to work with you in the future because you didn’t warn me about it!!!

The shower was very tiny. Barely room to get in let alone turn around. Don’t even think about shaving your legs in there!

Location is fantastic. The rooms could do with a bit of an update. Beds very comfy. Bathrooms quite outdated. No airco. Very clean though. We paid euro 350 for a triple room. Which is a bit much for the type of accommodation, but then it is Paris and location again is more than superb.

Bathroom is very tiny! To take a bath you need to use imagination. No Space at all. Sockets are strange. One in the wall. Second as extender :-).

The spiral staircase is very uncomfortable. We couldn’t fit our big suitcase. Plus on top of the stairs there is a strange tight door that makes it even more impossible.

lift wasn’t working. Our room smelled like someone had smoked very heavily in it. Even after makeup the next day, the smell of ‘clean’ didn’t last long. Then room needs a professional deep clean. We were close to shopping and about 15 min walk Eiffel Tower.

Access to the rooms meant going up an open staircase

The room was comfortable and very quiet, much more than most Parisian hotels The breakfasts were very traditionally French, but were very adequate. The location was excellent, near a number of Metro stations and close to a local food market and small local shops and an important museum, La Musee Marmottan-Monet

The walls are quite thin and there is no lift (the stairs are quite narrow).

the room is small but functional. the building is conveniently located close to a bakery, supermarket and within a few minutes from the metro e tourist attractions. i was given a room on the ground floor.
