It was under construction/remodel. Room was a bit too hot and the bathroom door was broken. I informed the front desk but they never fixed it.

The rooms were quite noisy. There was some construction work (which can't be helped, so not judging on that), but the doors also didn't block out much sound at all, so when someone was in the corridor we could hear them very clearly. Not a huge issue as there were only about 6 rooms on our floor luckily.

Very helpful staff, lovely rooms and very clean. Good location and well connected with numerous metro stations nearby.

The room was lovely, quiet and comfortable but the bathroom was very cosy!!

Good location, within walking distance of majority of the tourist attractions. We had breakfast included, but if not there is a lovely patisserie next door which has pastries and baguettes with coffee to go!

I think we had a new room and the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room temperature was quite high and the safe didn’t lock, the windows also didn’t lock but I’m not sure they were suppose to as they had big shutters that opened. Felt slightly unsafe leaving personal things in the room when going out as the safe wasn’t locking.

The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable and the location was great, we managed to walk every where. The Staff were friendly too.

Excellent location close to inexpensive cafes and restaurants compared to major landmark areas. Two minutes walk to the Metro, which was great. Quiet location. Staff friendly and very helpful

Spotless & very beautifully designed. Rooms were clean and very spacious, especially the executive suite. The staff were lovely & very friendly too. Great location, around a 6 minute walk to Saint Augustin and Saint Lazare metro stations but also around a 20 minute walk to most places. Would definitely stay here again.

Renovation work was going on while we stayed in the reception area and below, this really should be made much clearer when booking. Breakfast wasn’t included which I’m sure it was last time we stayed, was expensive to add at the time. Unable to utilise Netflix on the smart TV, this is basic and should be available. Room view was meant to be Eiffel Tower, the staff kindly accommodated before we arrived, on reading other reviews I noticed it wasn’t a view of the Eiffel Tower at all and asked to revert to my original booking again before arrival, however was still put in the room with the view (you can see the top light spinning at night, kind of..)No curtains on the window - not sure why?

Return customer, can’t stress how good the location is, it really is excellent. friendly staff, very comfortable bed and recently refreshed room. Ongoing renovation work looks very tasteful and luxury (more on this below). Feels boutique, beautiful building.

I was unaware that it was undergoing refurbishment. It didn’t spoil our trip but I was surprised not to have been warned.

The hotel was having some renovations ready for the Olympics next summer so there was not breakfast available and various closed off areas. Not a problem for us as we were hardly there.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms quiet. The staff were very helpful and polite, and we loved the honesty bar in the foyer for a night cap.

Not the fault of the hotel but something to be aware of when eating out locally is that some local eateries aren't open late on the weekends as it's an area with a lot of offices so their main business seems to be after-work on weeknights. Pastis around the corner is a great weekend eatery but would recommend Perle Noir across the main boulevard for a bite during the week!

Hotel was in a great location. Very well connected by public transport but lots to see locally too. A great combination of the style of a traditional French hotel but with additional amenities! A lovely breakfast also - set up for a day of sightseeing.
