The sound proofing was not very good and there was noise from other rooms, and the bathroom was small with no hook for the shower so you could not hang it up

The hotel is in a lovely area with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the staff were really helpful with their advice.

Bathtub is a bit hard to take without making a whole toilet wet

Got parking in front of hotel- though very narrowed but staff is helpful to park for us. They also lovely to arrange a bed and room specially for our honeymoon!

The location was very good, close to plenty of interesting shops, cafe's and bars. The rooms were lovely, very modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent with v friendly staff.

The hotel was quite new and modern, it had everything we needed. The location was also perfect. It wasn’t right in the middle of tourist atractions, but was a bit away in a hip area which we really enjoyed, because tgere were small bars and cafes everywhere. Metro was very close to get to tourist atractions or you could take a walk, for example it took about 35 mins to walk to Notre Dame.

Shower water was cold one of the days of our stay and there seemed to be a problem with it, so that was a bit painful but hey, good for your health I guess.

Location was perfect and staff at the hotel very very nice. I didn't understand the reviews saying that the rooms were small, ours was decent sized and pretty well noise isolated. Overall I'd recommend it.

The Room was bigger than average for Paris, the shower and bathroom were excellent and well above average for Paris. It is located in a great part of town with lots of great bars and restaurants, and yet remained peaceful and quite as a stay. The Perfect balance. I will be back!

This property was a small distance away from tourists' things to do. Most Uber rides were 25 minutes

This property was amazing, comfortable, and clean, and the staff went over and beyond their duties to make our stay fantastic! After a long day out, we were welcomed at the bar with a friendly mixologist who made the perfect drinks, and he had informative conversations. I definitely look forward to staying at this boutique hotel again.

Location is very good and the staff is very helpful. We requested a 2 bedroom with a seperation and they arranged it quickly. Car parking is available with a small amount.

The hotel is located very close to two metro stations. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast very good. The receptionists were all very helpful and always with a smile to help you with your questions. They all speak English.

would like to have a king size bed but it does not seem that they have rooms with larger beds so beds are comfy but small.

I love the location because the 11th is where I used to live in Paris not for tourists who want to be in a mainstream neigborhood. Cool builiding, good breakfast and very nice staff.

Wonderfull modern clean and super quiet room. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and were even able to check in earlier. So great to have a super quiet room in busy Paris we stayed in the winter, but in the summer this hotel is even greater with its nice calm patio! A great discovery in paris.
