Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWe loved the modern design and feel to the hotel - everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The Girafe themed touches were understated but amusing and we loved the little gym - banana shaped weights and the water swirling rowing machine were super. Having the outdoor seating to relax in the evenings was perfect but most of all the friendly and approachable staff - and all of this in a quiet but very handy part of Paris. Only 4 stops from the Eurostar terminal and easy access to everywhere and everything. We had delicious breakfasts (buffet was perfect) in the hotel too and were just sorry that the restaurant had closed for the summer hols. We will definitely be returning!

Modern, clean and quiet hotel in a very nice area of Paris. As mentioned rooms are built around an atrium - with large windows, so blinds needed for privacy, but that didn’t bother us. The look of the room reminded us of a stylish train compartment. Powerful air conditioning - very much appreciated in summer heat. Otherwise, location is excellent: close to metro and several nice restaurants and bars (we tried Les cuivres, Saf Naway). Personnel is nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will be definitely back.

SwitzerlandOnly 2,7 km away from trainstation and 2,5 km away from main sightseeings, a lot of restaurants and bars around. Hotel has also bar and restaurant. In the room isnespresso coffeemachone, as well you can enjoy a cup of coffee fo free by reseption. Silence area. We had room by garden floor. Very good view from the window to the small inside garden.

I traveled with my teen and this hotel wins the highest points in any category: Fantastic location: 11th Arr. super close to public transport, great restaurants and 10-15 min walk from the Marais. The hotel: super friendly and helpful staff, great amenities and ambiance, the terrace was a huge winner for us to sit outside. The room was very spacious, with comfortable beds and a great bath room and great AC. Every small detail was making a difference, from the big bottles of shampoo, body wash and moisturizer with perfect scent to the still and sparkling water that were replaced every single day. We had a view to the garden and the terrace. The breakfast room was cosy and clean with a great selection of foods. It was a great place to start and end our days and spend some afternoons on the terrace before our evening plans. I highly recommend this hotel. I find the prices reasonable and a great value for our money. Our stay here exceeded all our expectations and I can’t wait to go back here next time we are in Paris.
