no tea/coffee in the room, but the very nice lady on reception made us a cup of tea.

good value for money. clean and quiet, comfortable beds, big walk in shower (room 15), plenty of hot water, warm room (October). some toiletries provided, good buffet breakfast- cereal, toast, yoghurts, fruit, rolls, cheeses etc etc nice coffee. friendly, polite staff. free parking, right next to airport - good for a stopover.

The restaurant wasn't open for dinner, contrary to the information on the website and there was nowhere to eat nearby. The rooms were noisy and I could hear every word my neighbours spoke. There was no aircon. Compared to other 'cheap and cheerful' airport hotels, it wasn't good value for money.

Very handy location, close to the terminal. Pleasant staff.

small dark room; not allowed to take drinks into room (soft drinks)- unaware of this restriction, so difficult with no food on site in the evening either & distance from any food outlets

I arrived around 6 pm to discover the hotel does not serve food, no coffee or tea making facilities and no bar, contrary to what it states on their website. Luckily the snack bar at the airport was open, but choice of food very limited. The first room I was given was on the ground floor and like a furnace. I asked to change and was moved to another room which was basic, in need of refurbishment, but adequate. Strange smell in bathroom and the extractor fan very noisy.

The hotel is across the road from the airport so ideal for an early morning flight. The receptionist was very pleasant and changed my room when I asked her. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The room was too hot no air conditioning and we couldn’t leave window open for fear of someone entering the room and also the mosquitoes.. prior to going to bed we killed a few in the room. Could do with a restaurant for evening meal or some facilities.

Room was adequate and the shower fantastic.. lovely swimming pool .. friendly lady at the reception.

No hairdryer in room. Was given access to another room to use theirs. My room needed updating but other rooms were far better. Not a great deal of choice in the ‘bar’( which was the reception) only vodka and whisky, no gin available!

The room felt stuffy and warm when I arrived. The hotel were able to supply a fan which helped. I would not want to stay here in a heatwave that's for sure! This hotel does not supply any in room kettle or drinks. Quiet bizarre. In all my years of travelling this is the only time this has happened.

The hotel is good for a short stay. Although I didn't use the pool outside, it looked very nice. The room and bathroom are a reasonable size and include Canal + tv with Bein sport. The bed and pillows were just perfect. The hotel personnel were pleasant and helpful.

Parking a bit haphazard - get in early!

Staff really nice and certainly keen for us to enjoy our stay. Pool was a great relief after a long hot drive.

Slightly bizarre that an airport hotel closes at 8.30 pm! Obtaining the access code was a bit fraught but it worked OK and the information inside was fine.

Convenient for the airport as it's a short walk away. Breakfast was good, as was the shower.

Comfort Rooms were good quality, but not the promised views of the pool seen in the foto's. Standard room was small dark and in need of repair. 3 stars and no coffee or drinks in the room, or no self service possabilities for drinks was disapointing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was a great bonus.
