The room is too small. Thé shower in the room close to bed not idéal. And the bed with wood aronde not pratice.

No swimming pool available - we were hoping to swim with the kids but it was closed. Photos of the swimming pool look amazing but a little annoying if you can never use it.

The accommodation was excellent - beautiful rooms and decor and having the bunk beds for the kids in the family room.

A little inconvenient solution with a bed in an alcove. Unfortunately we got very smelly pillow ( Clean from the outside! )

We stopped for the second time on our way to vacation . Very good location for stop over. Beautiful furnishings!

The room was small but perfectly equipped and so clean and new. Bed night have been an issue if you had mobility issues..🤔 but we liked it. Shower was lovely, bed was comfy. Staff we so helpful and friendly. Restaurant was top end - food was perfect. There was a snack bar and platters. Everything was thought of!

We felt like the receptionist that did our check in didn’t give us any important info : nothing about the hotels facilities or opening ours of the bar/restaurant .. not even about how to reach reception from your room. Absolutely nothing besides : spa reservation or if we want breakfast or dinner at the restaurant.. there’s no booklet either, nothing besides some info written outside on posters. Bar - the waiters were ok but they also lack info - they told us at 22pm that they can’t serve planches anymore without telling us when to actually order one the next day.. then the next day around lunch another waitress told someone that normally they don’t serve planches for lunch but she’ll try to ask the cuisine if it’s possible to do it for them now. We then asked the same and she insisted it’s “exceptional” and didn’t seem so eager to serve us as she did with the others. It feels like nothing is “settled” and a lot of things are up to the person that serves you and their willingness to help you, which makes you feel weird to say the less. Oh and at 7am and 8am we were woken up by the maintenance team that were working and making a lot of noise next to our room and at 9am the maid opened our door. We didn’t leave a sign on the door room but they are supposed to know it’s your check out today and not bother you until you’re gone for good, sign or no! Anyway the hotel itself is really nice and comfy but the staff makes it less enjoyable, which is regrettable.

The cabanes rooms were really comfy and cute. We got to enjoy a very quiet and intimate spa experience since we were alone most of the times we booked a slot.

i would have appreciated a water cooker and some coffee possibilities in the room and a minibar. The room offered a ventilation system, air condition was not active or not working, it would have made the night more pleasant

Room was compact, and if you had mobility issues it may be hard to get in and out of bed as they are surrounded/set into a wooden 50cm border. I liked it, but some may struggle.

Although I cannot say that the room was small, it was not very comfortable due to the bed set in a large wooden frame under the window. Also only the toilet is separated from the bedroom by a door. The sink was in the room, as well as the shower without any privacy.

The common areas as well as the room were very comfortable and clean. Possibility to regulate the air conditioning temperature efficiently. Comfortable beds. The room was tidied and cleaned every day. Also you are given some good products for personal hygiene and soft towels.
