Little things to remember, it’s a self catering apartment so you will need to buy loo roll. Bathroom had shampoo and shower gel but not conditioner.

Great location, services and accommodation. Self catering apartment was well laid out and had everything we needed for our stay. Unlike previous posters we had no issue accessing the gym and pool facilities.

I like the design and quality of the facilities. And really enjoyed sauna, hammam and the pool. Underground parking is spacious. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

terrible lighting , poorly equipped kitchen. No bedside tables in one of the bedrooms. Not enough comfortable seating in the sitting room, just one sofa for six people to use.

As we need to get some improvement, the properties team do not communicate enough when pb. We got an issue with the hot water impacting entire propertie. started at 10AM, with no announcement, even if, we have been mentioned that it was a maintenance in the city, max for 2 hours. We do get the first official information only after lunch, and been informed it will be back at 2PM. Finaly it came back only over the night, and we understood it was more an issue in the propertie. It may, happen, and even if it is quite an issue, I would have prefer a clear communication, and perhaps a small gift as breakfast gift, or a bar drink just to say, guys it may happen you do not get hot water over a full day, we just want to apologize. Communication is always the driver for customers satisfaction, and as you may see here, I do want to come back, and I do have an extremely positive feedback which is not usual everywhere

nice location, but not close enough to go to TK walking. City Bus upfront the propertie twice per hour, or parking area close from TK family oriented and quite village, not oriented for parties properties is awesome, with all, even more what you expect just missing a kettle in the kitchen, but really ... well equipped bed are extras, the appartement quite new, and nice design fitness area is at a professional level, as well as the SPA and swimming pool.

gym needs to be open at 6am and open until at least 9pm. pool opening at 10 and closing at 8pm meant we had very limited time to use the great facilities. it is always good to be able use a gym and pool prior to skiing but this was not possible. couldn’t turn off the TV.

Check-in time is too late and checkout is early in the morning, AND you have to clean up your room or pay hundreds in fines. Nowadays even private stays have cleaning services.

It's a BnB like stay, enhanced with some hotel services and installations. Great location, nearby ski rentals and telecabines, new and high quality facilities (spa, pools, sauna) and room equipments (kitchen appliances, pots, pan fry, etc). Private covered parking space. We stayed in 4 adults in a 2 beds, 2 baths apartment, and it served us really well. The mountain view is stunning, definitely worth it the extra would stay again

The pool area was well-equipped and beautiful however the pool was very busy with children, at one point there was a family with their four children running around the the spa area which was clearly marked for over 16s. Better supervision of this area by staff members would be a plus and perhaps a couple of adult only hours later on in the evening to enable swimming without cannonballs!

The apartment was well planned with all mod cons, clean and very comfortable. The spa was a great plus, as was the boot room and secure parking. The reception area was a beautiful comfortable area with a huge log burner, reception staff were very helpful and friendly answering any queries prior to and during our stay. A bar in this beautiful reception area serving wine and beer by the glass would be a huge plus.

The only thing that bothered me was we were given two rolls of toilet paper and when I asked at the front desk for an additional roll (after running out in the one bathroom) I had to pay 2 euro for the additional roll. Seems like a petty charge for something so basic.

The hotel is very welcoming and well designed. The room was very comfortable for three of us. The pool and hot tub/sauna/steam room are very nice.

Lovely place to stay. Great location - right by a bus stop and just 500 metres to the Bellevue lift. Well equipped apartment, really comfy bed. Fabulous pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Staff are friendly, efficient and deal with any queries or issues promptly. Stayed last year and loved it - even better this year.

Apartments are great but little to no space in kitchen to store and prep meals.

Great Sauna/Spa area. Gym was locked but looked good. Good underground parking. Free shuttle bus outside hotel. Very friendly spot.

Whilst the property had mount views, this however had a massive impact to us using the balcony. The incessant traffic volume resulted in us only using it on small intervals because the noise was too much to bare.

Beautiful location! Extensive views of the Chamonix valley. The accommodation & facilities were exceptional. A few small snags in the apartment were addressed immediately.
