Some of the furniture was old and slightly damaged, along with some chipped crockery. This didn't give a good first impression. We checked in at 4pm and only stayed the one night, but the poolside cafe bar/shop and gym weren't open for the duration of our stay. As we landed early morning we were also hoping that we may be able to store our baggage somewhere until we could check in to our room at 4pm or maybe even use the pool until our room was available, unfortunately this wasn't an option as the site would not allow us access until 4pm.

Location and value for money. Kitchen facilities were good, even had a dishwasher and cleaning materials provided. It was quite a spacious apartment with a decent sized outdoor area. Mainly all French families at the resort.

So many rules. Rules everywhere so you are always worried about breaking the rules in case you are charged €50. Staff seem annoyed about you asking for anything.

Quiet outlook, balcony was private, clean and well presented. Overall the room size and facilities were perfect for one person.

We had no sheets and towels. Had to ask for them and put them by ourselves. Then we had to put them in a special bag after usage by ourselves. Also had to clean by ouselves the kitchen and take out the garbage. Definitely not a 4star visit

Pool opens late and closes early. Some apartments are well positioned for sun and shade, others very badly. Very short Reception hours. Can't walk to beach or town.

Shame that there were no facilities open such as a bar, shop etc on site.

We rented a 6 berth ‘villa’ on the complex, so plenty of space for just the two of us. We did the same here last year. We were about 40 metres from the pool. Easy walk into the centre of the town, about 15 mins and there are lots of restaurants nearby and a hyper market about a 5 minute drive away. Similarly this location is only a 5 minute drive from the sea. Also easy to take the train from the town to Perpignan and Narbonne.

Réception was very badly organized, everyone had to check in at the same time, 4pm, and there was only 1 staff for a very large facility. We were also two people the room had a single bed with a trudle bed under it and a sofa bed. We were not warned of this.

They didn't answer on the phone which they provided in the confirmation e-mail nor on any other channel. I could not get into the apartment, because nobody was there. Finally, I found a phone number at the gate and call them. They said my book was an error and nobody is there to let me in, but they promised to call me back soon to help me. They didn't call me back.... nor I received any refund. We meet with another family in the same situation and they were waiting for 2 hours, so we decided to look after another option with our 2 little kids.

They have a big parking area, but only that was what we saw...

Hospitality at reception because first no english my direct words seen as might be angry though I was not..just try talk France..it wasn't we'll received or translated.. restaurant not open. Piscine first day closed. Later open. Just the language was trouble also no taxi proposal before I need to catch b train i got lift of a guest.

we were harassed by the permanent residents from the minute we arrived we were early for check in and sat by the pool waiting they would not leave us alone and hounded us for an hour - we found them extremely rude and unwelcoming after our long drive they kept harassing us even after we apologised for being early it was horrible

The sex lube that we found in the kids bed from a previous resident, the broken appliances, no window curtains, busy noisy street with people looking right into the room, no a/c, grumpy staff, extremely high price, unclean room and facilities.

There was nothing to like about this place, should be removed from Booking.com.
