At least one more English speaking channel on the television. Minimal number of glasses, cups and dishes. While we appreciated the free breakfast, we were disappointed that we weren’t given some kind of discount when we experienced flooding from the water heater in the room. The contents of one suitcase and it’s contents were completely soaked and they had to be dried out before we caught the train the next morning. Changing rooms meant that we had to pack up , unpack and then pack up again for the night. It took time away from our trip. More explicit directions need too be given for guests arriving at the bus station.a

no room cleaning for whole 4 days. the bins weren’t even emptied. hung “please make room “ sign on door but was ignored. asked for fresh towels but cleaning staff said reception had not authorised. toilet paper was rationed. had to ask at front desk for fresh toilet paper. at times cigarette smoke in corridor was very strong.

location was quite good and secure undercover parking was great . most reception staff spoke reasonable to good English. bathroom and toilet exhaust fans very effective. comfortable bed

The warm atmosphere, the very professional staff who helped me diligently with the wifi connection, the overhead light in the kitchen, the bottle opener. Tasty breakfast orchestrated by attentive and caring waitress, fresh produce, slightly overpriced.

I liked very much a well equipped, spacious and luminous room. A little bit difficult to find because Google failed to navigate. I called to the hotel and desk manager Hary helped me to find them.

Some other tenants in an other apartment were smoking and we had to turn off our AC in order to not smell the smoke.

Close to city center and a great underground parking (a bit tight). Very quiet neighbourhood.

The property has exceptional people at the front desk, friendly and helpful. The reception area has a cozy place to sit and read in front of a fireplace. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. My room was comfortable with a place to work on my computer. I loved the floor to ceiling windows allowing for a lot of light. The location is excellent with easy access to both train and bus stations and a very short walk to Cours Mirabeau.

Booked twin room with single beds but on arrival were given room with double bed. one of us then had to make up a bed on the bed settee as no housekeeping staff were available. Next day double bed was separated into two singles. However not a good introduction after a full day’s travelling.

The swimming pool was a lovely extra feature and was well looked after. The breakfasts were excellent with a good variety of choice.The kitchenette area of the rooms was very useful, particularly with good sized fridge and useful utensils/crockery.

One of our guests arrived ahead of time and had to 'persuade' the receptionist to admit her to the apartment, even though she had an email showing confirmation of the booking. Not the friendliest of greetings!

Location convenient for Navette from Airport and SNCF station.
