The smell of damp hits you as you go in. Despite two dehumidifiers. It seems they will have to do a damp course to solve this problem with the building. Maybe unhealthy for visitors?

It’s a very nicely decorated, centrally located flat. Really good place to stay, geographically speaking.

Cutlery and kitchen floor were not very clean. We were not informed about an extra payment when we checked in, but they told us we had to pay in cash when we were leaving.

There is no parking, access with suitcases is really hard, first floor without elevator and narrow stairs. In addition to the stairs to go up to the duplex rooms, be careful with your head. I stayed two nights and the duplex can have an elevator to reach the appartment.

It's placed next to Honfleur sea port.

We had booked for three but were only two due to illness. The main problem with this property was the staircase and the fact that the bathroom was not on the same floor as the bedrooms. For anyone who has to get up in the night to use the toilet this was very difficult and the stairs were very awkward, especially at the top - a potential accident risk. I regret having changed my booking for a 'better' apartment and however pretty the pictures are on the website they do not show the top of the stairs, or show that the bathroom is downstairs.

Very basic accommodation, no hand wash or toiletries of any kind, only shower was in laundry type room by kitchen.

Bedrooms were up a 2nd flight of stairs in a converted attic. Which seemed spacious, but because of the sloping ceiling, we could only walk around the bed. There were no toilets upstairs so had to go downstairs if you needed toilet in the night. The owner shows the nicest apartmen in a complex of properties but the apartment we were allocated did not match the pictures advertising the place.

Very close to the centre of the resort. Claire allowed us to park our motorcycles on the entrance courtyard area. There were all the required facilities such as washing machine, fridge freezer etc.

Main entrance of the building always open. The front door of the flat doesn't give you a sense of security! Steep and narrow staircase to the bedrooms which were in an attic.

Two of the three in our party, being neither young nor flexible, found the bath / shower awkward to get in and out of – it's raised above floor level. No huge overhaul needed, but a handrail would really help.

The location is stunning – you couldn't be more in the heart of a small seaside town. 200 yards to get dinner, 50 yards to get coffee and croissants in the morning.

I was a bit disappointed after the positive reviews I'd read. The place was not well cleaned - dirty sink and counter, dishes not really clean. Our apartment smelled a bit moldy - it looked as though moldy areas on the ceiling had been painted over. While there is a garden view, the garden is not accessible. The shower is quite small, and showerhead needs to be replaced. No spare toilet paper to be found.

The location was good - close to city center, restaurants, grocer, and parking. Large windows for good lighting, Comfortable couch.

Location is great as it’s steps away from the Honfleur main bus station, a mini market and cafes. The loft is on the ground floor. All amenities are well provided. Comfy and like a home. Claire is quick to respond and thoughtful. She provided the washing liquid for laundry although it’s not included. This property is great for travellers without cars. We can just walk a few steps to the bus station to take 122 bus (30 min ride) to Le Havre to catch a train. The fare is just €4.90 per adult.
