There is two-way traffic constantly flowing in front of the house, and trying to park a car on the side of that narrow road is a pain and parking spots mostly full. No Balcony in the room, only in the other rooms. It’s not possible to sleep with air conditioner because it’s a mobile one and so noisy, electric cable was blocking the view in front of the windows. The beach is not close, 16 mins walking with too many stairs. Poor facilities nothing in the fridge only water and soda.

The hotel owner was quick to respond and was trying to find a solution. Apartment was clean enough, location was great. Close to Menton, Monaco and Eze. The price was affordable compared to other places in that area.

You absolutely need a car to stay here. No restaurants or store within a mile and walking to the beach or anywhere involves climbing hundreds of stairs.

Reception was very unpleasant with a guy that pretended not to speak good French nor English. Nobody was at the front desk. The phone number published is somewhere in Arabia. Right before we were leaving the guy came to hurry us in a very unpolite manner. Plus, it smelled bad.

Very little not to like. The air con was rather loud at night and the kitchen utencils were limted.

We stayed at Les Lilas for 4 nights as part of a trip along the Côte d'Azur. The property is located perfectly to explore nearby towns/cities such as Menton, Monaco, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Eze. In addition it is within walking distance of two very nice beaches (Plage du Golfe Bleu and Plage du Buse) which were not overly busy. Also, having our bikes with us came in really handy for supermarket runs and exploring the coastline beyond Monaco. Parking at the property wasn't too easy so once we eventually secured a spot opposite the building we opted to leave the car there for the duration of the stay which wasn't an issue. We used the communal terrrace most evenings which had an amazing view across the bay below.

We paid extra for the balcony and it was really dirty, so we avoided using it. The couch was very uncomfortable and even if we had a SMART TV, we couldn't connect it to the streaming services.

The view was a winner! The bed was super comfortable and we loved that we had a kitchen to prep some meals and have a cozy breakfast; the closest supermarket was reachable with a 20-min walk. The furniture was chosen with a good aesthetic sense.

Make it clearer what to do when a guest arrives; it took me a long time in the pouring rain to identify the right bell to ring for reception. The water pressure in the shower was low in the evenings. There was a minor ant problem throughout the apartment. The rail station, shops and restaurants are all 10-15 minutes walk down a steep hill. No obvious buses into Monaco or Monte Carlo, only a fairly infrequent train service.

Beautiful spacious apartment with stunning sea views, well equipped (Nespresso machine, hair straighteners!), quiet, lovely terrace with lemon trees outside.

Didn't have a kitchen, apparently it says it in the detailed description. This was really annoying I couldn't cook anything and lived off bagels.

Parking on street is limited. But you can park “up on the curb, left side tires inside bold yellow lines” also. So not a problem after discovering that trick !

Parking is hard to come by but that's not Les Lilas' fault!

Everything! Les Lilas is an absolute dream! Everything from the crispy bedsheets, the lovely bright furnitire the water pressure in the shower to the fully equipped kitchenette is thoughtfully provided! We especially enjoyed the towel drier in the bathroom!
