Leakage on the window straight above the bed, meant I had to find a way to stay dry while trying to sleep. From looking at the watermarks below the window, this problem exists for a longer time without being fixed,

There was nothing that I think could improve our stay when it comes to accommodation. Of course, because of the nature of the village, car parking is not plentiful close by and if it was, payment was made to stay there. Free parking was available, from late in the day, which was about 500metres away. Once parked, you can stay there free for the duration of your stay.

Location , being in the heart of Saint- Emelion, was perfect. We felt part of this beautiful village. It was lovely to come home to our large, clean and comfortable accommodation each day.

WHAT A FANTASTIC LITTLE APARTMENT! Suited in the quaint little town of St-Emilion! More than just a room; kitchen, washer/dryer, family room. Pierre met us and showed us around. Located on second story (short set of stairs)! LOVED IT! WE WILL BE BACK! If you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of this picturesque town (with FANTASTIC WINES!) book it! You won’t go wrong with this booking!

Amazing location and apartment! Absolutely fantastic welcome which entailed a brilliant wine tasting next good in the shop. Superb welcome, beautiful wines and a fab experience! Location was superb, a stroll up and down the streets, great parking in the car park / street and stunning little boulangerie at end of the road. Recommendations for dinner by host and overall, a brilliant experience! Thank you!!

Had portable air conditioner rather than proper aircon. Didn’t have proper vent so was venting through gap in shutters. Let a lot of hot air back into the room along with biting insects at night. Shower was a bit mouldy and holder for free shower head was broken.

The shower and the sink of the bathroom, are not separate from bedroom by the door ! They are in same space....things from another era! The breakfast is very essential and the table for meals is suitable only for one person. The aspirator in the toilet box is unsuitable or inactive.

Toilet was not secure, I hit my head on the ceiling in The bathroom. Wi-fi went down constantly. We paid for a poor cold breakfast. It was a third floor walk up with out letting us know prior to booking. The furniture was uncomfortable. We at least got a pillow with the bed.

Parking is a problem everywhere in St Emilion. Your best option is to drop off your bags at the room and then park outside the city limits. It is a short walk.

Located in the heart of St Emilion. Everything is within walking distance. So many shops and wine stores, I will definitely be back.

Everything was great

Lovely, characterful and spacious apartment right in the centre of St Emilion old town. Very friendly and helpful owner who made dinner reservations at the excellent Chai Pascal. Great option for cyclists as there was a washing machine to do our laundry. Lovely view over the roofs of St Emilion and the vineyards.
