Super sweet host family!!!

Les O d'Annecy is located on a hillside next to Lake Annecy. It offers the most spectacular views. Our room had all the facilities we needed. Lovely bath products and French linen sheets. Breakfast was delicious featuring local cheeses, home made jams, yoghurt, bread and croissants. Bernard and Ta are excellent hosts and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Bernard welcomed us to their beautiful guesthouse on arrival, making us feel at home right away. He was very friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants, activities and providing interesting information about the Lake Annecy area. The guesthouse is lovely and exceeded our expectations, with large rooms and stunning views over the lake. There is a separate building with pool and jacuzzi that is used privately by guests. Our only suggestion is that it could benefit from a booking system, as what tends to happen is that guests wait for it to become vacant and are then beaten to it by another waiting guest. It was lovely when we did use it though. Overall, it was one of the best guesthouse experiences we've ever had and great value for money. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. It would make an especially good romantic getaway for a couple. Thank you Bernard, Ta & Pad Thai (the dog) for an unforgettable stay at Les Ô d'Annecy. 🙂

Don’t think about it, just book this place! The location is fabulous (you do need a car though) the hosts were wonderful, the rooms are simple but luxurious. The Annecy area can be a little crowded, so it was great to quiet spot to relax.

Everything, from the beautiful accommodations to the incredible views, was heaven. The delicious breakfasts, the linen bedding & attention to detail, the afternoons in one of the hammocks, and playing with their sweet dog Pad Thai, made it so clear you were in a home that people loved & cared for. Ta & Bernard were so welcoming and kind, and our stay was the dream of a lifetime. It was important to have a car to get to Annecy & all the wonderful places Bernard recommended (and even made us reservations for!)

We loved the location and the spectacular, panoramic view of the lake from our room’s balcony. We also very much liked the combination of the old house and the separate, new building containing our room and the spa. Bernard and Ta (and Pad Thai) clearly love the house and their enthusiasm for it made us comfortable as guests in it. Breakfasts were made and presented with great care and a personal touch and the setting for breakfast would be hard to improve. There were many different locations around the property in which to relax, a number of them having great views of the lake. We were also fortunate to be able to join a Thai meal at Les O again in the great setting on the terrace.

We should have stayed longer.

Bernard and Ta were excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Bernard was so helpful with advice about the area and restaurants. The accommodation was exceptional, our room was beautiful with views overlooking the lake. The breakfast every day was delicious , freshly cooked croissants and bread. Tea’s scrambled egg was amazing. The only disappointment was that we were not at Les O for the Thai meal that Ta was cooking for the guest. We will have to return. I can’t recommend Les O enough.

Our stay in the property was too short. Much to explore in short time. Flawless.

wow. first of all - The location. I almost don’t want to “sell” if for you to be surprised like us. It is clean, comfortably located with amazing view from every room. There are hammocks, Spa, great view for breakfast and amazing hosts that made Hugh impact. And lovely puppy named Phad Thai. 10/10.

Jacuzzi and Pool could have been a degree or two warner fir our taste but great having them available for us.

What great views over lake Annecy! Hosts Bernard and Ta were very welcoming and friendly. Room and bed were very comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast. Good local recommendations for activities. Spa facilities great for unwind.

Bernard and Ta run an exceptional property and we loved every minute of our stay here. From the views to the homemade breakfast and French linen, everything about our stay was perfect and was the highlight of our trip to Annecy.

Bernard is a jovial, generous host - eager to please and share his love of the property and location. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable, and we were incredibly impressed with the attention to detail that was made to everything from the toiletries to the furnishings to the delicious breakfast jam. . The view was spectacular for the beautiful sunset picnic we enjoyed on the terrace with the roses and lavender. I can't imagine any one of Bernard's local restaurant recommendations being better than that. Annecy is worth visiting, but Les O is worth staying there. Definitely stay for more than 1 night!

We had a fantastic stay at Les Ô - from start to finish Bernard was the consummate host, with excellent communication and flexibility. The accommodation is beautifully appointed and very comfy and the breakfast was superb with the perfect selection of local produce.

Outstanding on every level. Ta and Bernard make you feel at home, and have set up every room with care and attention to detail: From Rituals amenities to premium French bedding. Our room (like every other) had amazing unobstructed views, and direct access to a beautiful national park to relax. There is a common lounge area with complimentary coffee and tea, and great biscotti :) Breakfast is also amazing, with a variety of traditional pastries and bread, and a selection of cereals, fruits, and home-made yogurt. On top of all that we enjoyed the eggs, cooked to order. Thank you Ta and Bernard, we will definitely see you again!

We stayed at les Ô d’Annecy for a week-end with family and booked 2 rooms in the master house. The location is amazing with stunning views over Annecy lake and the property itself is in a very calm and peaceful environment, surrounded by nature. Very well equipped with an indoor pool+ jacuzzi and a suspended nest in the pine trees. The hosts, Bernard and Ta, are extremely kind and always available. Breakfast on the terrasse, overseeing the lake, was such a blast too with a good selection of handmade jams and French pastries. Only a 3 hours drive from Zurich, we highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon. Thank you very much Ta and Bernard.

As extraordinary and beautiful as the place was we can´t help but feel that value is a bit lacking. We paid just above 300 Euro average per night for 3 nights for a room with views in high season, which is in my opinion luxury accommodation price. But for that price we didn´t get even offered a change of towels for the 3 nights (or cleaning of the room). Also some of these things could be amended for that price: mattress was old, no covered parking, no TV (there is audio system but not very good sound), no mini-bar. Again I don´t expect all of those things, I don´t care about TV for example, but they would add a bit of value to customers.

Beautiful location, welcoming and friendly staff and very good breakfast with local ingredients. The rooms and the property are tastefully decorated, have beautiful views and relaxed atmosphere in a nice environment.
