Stairs with a suitcase are tricky, but it's worth it. Strange, but the first night I was kept up by mosquitos. After killing EIGHT I was too afraid to ever open the windows again. Not sure where they came from, window wasn't open at night. Just a weird thing

I was on the street's side. The window's do not completely stop the noise coming from outside. Bring earplugs if street noise annoys you while sleeping.

Even though the owner installed air refresher in the bathroom, one could still smell sewage-like smells from time to time. Not sure is the host can influence that smell anyway...Other than that - all good.

Great location, nearby shops, restaurants, bakeries and any type of public transport - all within walking distance. Also all the must see places can be easily accessed by foot. Apartment sparkling clean, well equipped kitchenette (maybe not for sophisticated dishes, but who cooks being in France? ;) We didn't mind the stairs, but some would complain (this information is not hidden). Very convenient box with keys and super easy check-in and check-out.

Check in process was a bit stressful as you don't get codes for check in until 4pm and phone was starting to go dead due to travelling all day. Only had contact with rental company through booking.com it would be good to have more information on checking in or a phone number to call if you can't access the apartment.

Apartments are clean comfortable and a great central location next to vieux port.

No lift, a lot of stairs with heavy bags. Everything was cheap inside, ended up with handle of the toilet door in our hand.

Not enough hot water for 2 people for shower. Hot water ran out after one person showered for 10 minutes. The bed was a bit too soft, and could be cleaner. Also, people may have some hard time climbing the stairs if you are living on 2nd or above floors.

Location was excellent, and all you need for a vacation stay was there, including a TV by the bed, small kitchen, towel and hairdryer.

So cozy apartment close to the old town and port. There was everything what we need during our stay including the small kitchen corner and lovely balcony. In kitchen we had few coffee capsules and tea bags, which was a perfect for colder days. We heated with AC and it was totally good for this room size. A big help for us was check out before 12:00.

Mattress is basic, too soft and a bit used:-( you should present there is no elevator, we traveled light but I cannot imagine the stairs with a big suitcase. No possibility of reception, you must leave your luggage in paid bag storage next door.

Close to city centre, no need of public transport at all. Clean and nice surprise to have coffee and tea to our disposition.

Apartment was on 4th floor with no lift access. Apartment was very small and not like the photos led us to believe.

The only issue was there are too many stairs as the apartment is on the 4th or 5th floor. It should clearly be mentioned on the website / during the booking process that there is no lift in the building and many stairs. Good we are both still fit and had no heavy suitcases to carry up there!!! For the rest all good and location is excellent, which compensate with the stairs inconvenient.

Internally the apartment is well presented - good and modern bathroom and overall comfortable place to stay. We were really satisfied with the very central location, just a few minutes walk to the port.

Good safe area . The entrance stairs did not match the photos. The door closed quickly and abruptly behind me on my initial entry whereupon I almost felt like I was imprisoned in a derelict building with a dark and narrow staircase that only lit up as I got up to the second first floor. Before I climbed up the stairs I tried to open the front door with no success . Luckily a voice responded to my call on a request on how open the front door . Whilst the appt inside was adequate , there were not instructions on how to switch on the cooker or work the microwave oven. The lamps were dim and bulbs extinguished during my stay making it darker. The kitchen spotlight came on periodically and there was no indication as to how it sparked on? The curtains did not cover or swish easily across the windows and there was no extra blankets available for the cold weather we had.?? One of the wrought irons chairs are broken on the balcony and rather dangerous.
