No food allowed in the rooms but there are basic tea/coffee and there’s an espresso machine in the bar next door.

Beautiful location on an estuary of the Meuse close to Verdun. Charming accommodation the rooms are large and appear newly renovated. Very clean and well maintained. The adjoining building has a bar and restaurant with set menu. Staff are friendly and helpful great service.

Unusual property tucked away at the end of the village. A fly fisherman’s paradise, but great also for relaxing and walking the dogs in the extensive ground. very friendly welcome and convivial dinner entirely based on local produce. Huge and comfortable room, recently decorated.

Nothing was disliked and will be more than happy to return whenever this is possible. There really is not a major issue that can be improved.

The location was superb over looking a lake and the building housing the bedrooms was wonderfully rennovated and the rooms was extremely comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was great and dinner was superb and beautifully presented. and good taste. The service was exceptional

Everything was absolutely fine.

A lovely old country house. Old on the outside but super modern room on the inside. Large and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast on the terrace. Surrounded by a number of fishing lakes. Close to the impressive WW1 memorial and museum at Verdun.

To be honest there isn't really anything top dislike - only the price of the breakfast didn't seem particularly good value.

The hotel and grounds were amazing. Very relaxing. Very friendly staff. The rooms are huge and well equipped. We had one evening meal which was good value and delicious. Good beer!

Breakfast was a bit unexpected in terms of poor variety - although plenty of bread, no ham or fruits or cheese. A yogurt, an egg and toasts with various jams. Dinner for kids could have been more healthy (croque monsieur)

Beautiful setup, excellent room, all is maintained well. The host is incredible, really loving what he is doing. He met us with charm and smile, welcoming and making us feeling immediately comfortable. The dinner, although no choice, was excellent, incl. choice of drinks.

We no problems with anything.

This is a superb hotel run in a relaxed and friendly way. The rooms were large and excellent. Superb grounds and a very good evening meal and breakfast. We hope to return again.

beautiful spot on edge of v quiet village. great walks locally for our dogs. v near N4 so an easy stop off if travelling through northern France. lovely gardens amongst trout fishing ponds (fly fishing only!). rooms v large, modern and well appointed. lovely staff!

very welcoming staff who were extremely friendly and helpful beautiful location and grounds surrounding the accommodation well equipped modern room with excellent facilities in a well restored building despite restaurant not normally open on Sunday - we had a fabulous meal prepared for us by the owner really good breakfast with fresh and local ingredients relaxed and informal but professionally managed for fisherman there are even more reasons to stay here - wonderful fishing lakes

There was nothing to dislike.

Quiet, very spacious room with excellent facilities whilst the extensive grounds provided ample opportunity to stretch our, and our dog’s, legs. Restaurant is to be highly recommended, excellent food and ambiance, owner and staff were truly welcoming.

if the room had air conditioning it would have been better. the grounds are lovely but if you are not fishing you can only walk around after 1800 hrs, a shame as they are so nice
