We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Nice bar atmosphere The on site restaurant was very good. One of the best in France which is probably why it was so popular..

This is a lovely hotel in a very nice location with plenty of customer parking. The room was very spacious with good facilities and a good shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the food in the restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced.

United KingdomNo soap in bathroom. We were told that Logis does not allow soap to be provided because of Covid! This at a time when washing hands, especially, is surely more important than ever. We arrived after a long drive and all we were given was shower gel.

United KingdomNo lift and no one to help with bags, which as our rooms were on the second floor, up many and various staircases, of which some of the steps were stone and worn away, reflects badly on the hotel and was a drag after a long day's drive. Likewise, no air-con, only a fan, which given the second floor is in the roof, was insufficient during the hot weather. The patron did inform us of both these issues after we checked in; I expect he has had complaints before. The restaurant offered the kind of local specialities showcased by the Logis chain, and the quality of the food was very good, but I would say prices are high end, averaging around 40 euros for a main course.
Clean, well-run hotel. Attentive restaurant service on a terrace to the side of the hotel. Good breakfast. Parking to rear of the hotel.

Spainrooms very basic. little or no toiletries no lift, room on top floor, lighting on stairs not adequate, health and safety issue. no help with luggage so as elderly guests we struggled. room had a joining door to next room which wasn’t locked therefore poor security lots of late night noise from guests leaving restaurant bar drink served in chipped glass. a number of bulbs in room were not working. beds only covered with sheet. only one pillow on bed
