Room was small and bed was not comfortable. We only stayed 1 night. I would stay again in an upgraded room.

Very nice staff. We sat outside in a lovely little garden with our own wine. The owner gave us 2 wine glasses and put our snacks in a nice bowl. This hotel is 30mins wallk from the airport.

A ten minute walk to the beaches. Our room was very small but the bed was comfortable and it was adequate for a one night stay.

I got upgraded to a bigger room with no extra cost as the room I booked was needed by someone else. The bed was huge and very comfy! It was certainly appreciated after a long day of exploring Biarittz. The lady behind the desk was lovely! She kindly booked me a taxi to the airport and upon arrival she pointed out areas of interest on a map, which was handy as it was my first time visiting Biarritz.

we paid top price due to last minute booking, but it is as described. Although no air conditioning a fan was provided. breakfast was requested however they had run out of croissants even with 45mins before end of sitting.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Single bed was comfy in a small room. I wanted nothing more and got nothing more. Happy. Homely feel.

i could hear the neighbours. No nice sight out of the window. Much street noise. No bath. Everything very old and not warm or cosy

Why was there breakfast on the info and did I have to pay 12euros, where 1single bed in a room with much noise was 84 euros.

This hotel has SO much potential but sadly it is in dire need of refurbishment. The free exterior Parking is a huge bonus but the garden is unkept and run down, also full of mosquitoes. The interior is akin to something from the 1950s and has not been updated since! Styrofoam ceilings, sticky dirty carpets, the bathroom, although spacious, is beyond outdated although as clean as it was possible to maintain.

A bit noisy when opening windows

Super friendly staff. Most comfortable bed and bedding I ever experienced in my 44 years on this planet. I wanted to ask where they bought it. Parking. Super great location

The rooms are small ans very old fashioned, the toilet was very very small and the room smelt to damp. There is no A/C , only a fan. We found this hotel extremely overpriced for the experience.

Location to the city and connection to the airport is great. Breakfast was good with variety of cakes, breads, cofees etc. The staff was nice and the outside terrace is pretty.

The room was very tiny. Minute. It is a room they should let for one night, but we battled for four nights. No aircon, but a fan right next to the bed, which you cannot use, because it is so close. A mirror in the room could help. Nowhere to sit. There is a chair, but no space to get it out from under the desk The road is very, very noisy, right through the night, with mototbikes and cars excellerating.

The location was excellent. The reception lady and her family very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and serviced. Lovely hot shower. It is right on the bus route to the airport. There are lovely restaurants in the area. Good cupboard space.

Not dealbreakers but small things to note: The common areas smelled like cigarattes (but the rooms did not), it's true what they say about the noise isolation from other rooms (but tbh it did not bother us much as the other people kept the noise to a minimum and during respectable hours)

Spacious room, everything available, rooms were recently renovated, reception was super nice, location was easily accessible from center and in quiet part of town
