We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A modern yet characterful hotel, with high quality amenities and furnishings. The location is bucolic with enchanting views over the vineyards and the valley. The restaurant is exceptional with the menu, drinks and champagne of star quality. The staff is top notch in terms of friendliness, kindness. They were helpful, very sympathetic and professional, from reception, maintenance to bar and certainly restaurant staff.

DenmarkAs a business traveler, I find the opening hours of fitness and wellness a bit strange. Fitness opens at 8:00 which is too late for business travelers. Pool opens at 8:00, but Saune/Hammam at 10:00? For me this is too late and I did not get the chance to use them as I was out of the door. Breakfast starts at 07:00, but was not ready at 07:00. So there is something with opening hours and timing that should be better.
The view, pool, location, restaurant are really good. In general it is a great hotel in Champagne and we will come back.

Beautiful setting in the vines. Perfect for a relaxing break in champagne country. The hotel is simple, stylish and elegant with comfortable rooms and a lovely bar and restaurant. Great spa area and relaxation rooms. It is possible to walk around the local area which is very pretty. Breakfast was really great. The staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful.

United KingdomAbsolutely nothing we could find to dislike about the hotel. The only thing to slightly criticise is the choice of food for dinner in the restaurant - a VERY limited choice of food on the menus is slightly compensated for by the availability of great "snack food" in the bar.
The breakfast was amazing with almost anything you wanted being available. The hotel is hidden away in the middle of nowhere and is surrounded by beautiful views, so a fantastic place to relax and unwind. Further helped by the amazing staff who couldn't do too much for you. The pool and spa facilities were superb with the outdoor heated pool. The proximity to the fabulous Epernay is really good with many of the champagnes of the region available at the bar in the hotel and at very reasonable prices even for the best champagnes.
