Instructions on how to use the coffee machine would have been helpful. Night man on second night was a little bit grumpy, didn't smile or speak to us!! But it was 2am!

We came across the hotel on Booking.com. As tourists, we usually stay in the L’Opera area and this was our first time at Lyric. Extremely pleasant in all respects (we didn’t try the breakfast): amazing location, very professional and courteous staff, high standard of cleanliness, Nespresso machines for your early morning shot of caffeine, the neighborhood is packed with Asian restaurants, as well as some excellent brasseries… Will certainly return.

the location is very convenient, only 2 minutes away from the subway. there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. the bed is very comfortable and the staffs are excellent, friendly and comfortable.

nothing I didnt like to be honest, and trust me its a good place to stay, only I wished that elevators are accessed with room cards instead of anyone can enter but sure dont worry the reception always there even late at night and I guess no one can enter the hotel easily..

very clean and loved the design of the room although we took the queen room and there were a bigger room I guess, but its amazing and clean and quite also the bath is very clean and the location is very close to pickup shuttle of disney 4 minute or less walking and subway is less than 1 minute also a supermarket carrofor is very very close of all your needs.. loved the place ane room and hotel and staff are very friendly and answer you all time

Only point I would make to improve would be that there was no cold airconditioning in our room because the whole building was in hot aircon, this makes no sense as you have to have the same temp as everyone else. We had to have the window opened the whole stay with the noise of the other aircon machine the whole night so that is my only negative point of the hotel. Other than that, very good value for money hotel.

Very good hotel and amazing staff with a perfect location in paris and near the metro. Breakfast could be more supplied and better replacement of food but nothing too bad.

Our room on the 6th floor had an A frame room so the angle of the wall made it difficult to move around. Shower was over a bath. Bathroom door was see through, limiting privacy.

Hotel is in a great (if expensive!) location with lots of restaurants close by and a short walk away from many museums and the river. Large comfortable room with large bathroom and a huge shower. Large comfortable bed. Expresso coffee machine and plenty of coffee. Air conditioning was much appreciated in the hot summer weather. Swimming pool and sauna in the basement was a great addition. Staff were friendly and really helpful at all times.

There was a smell in the room that comes and goes it wasn’t highly discomforting but it slightly smelled like sewerage again very slightly as it goes away quickly.

The staff were very nice and helpful in every way. As well as the room was nice and good for its value.
