We are used to with having the Iron and coffee maker in teh room. These things were missing. However, there was an alternative in terms of water kettle and instant coffee/tea bags.

The room layout was very nice and spacious enough to move around. The staircase leading to bedroom was a bit steep, but given the room size, I have no complain. Overall, the room exceeded my expectations.

The sink was clogged, and there was a horrible smell in the room because of that, but the stuff took action to fix it.

Beautiful room well decorated and comfortable in a very quiet setting. Very modern and feels like home. The breakfast was excellent.

Residence was mixed use residential and hotel guests. Was there in the winter and pool looked to be in bad shape, but perhaps just needs to be cleaned up for summer.

Great place to stay in Geneva as just across the border in France. Easy access to Saturday market right in the village. The market had a tremendous array of delicious foods and drinks available. There is bus transport a 10 minute walk away to central Geneva which takes about 40 minutes.

Some of the rooms are without elevator. Some of the staff were confused (new?) and delayed our checkin for no real reason. Expensive shuttle to/from the airport.

Clean and spacious rooms, great atmosphere on the hotel surroundings - quiet village with a few restaurants and shops in a walking distance, quiet area, 10 minutes drive from the airport.

The breakfast could improve: it was lacking in vegan options (I had a cup of coffee, a slice of bread, and a piece of fruit).

Very large and comfortable room, with a kitchenette, and a short bus ride away from the airport and about 30 minutes from the Cornavin station (i.e., not far from the city center). I was expecting less, considering Geneva pricing. The pool looks like it would be nice to use during the summer. I would stay here if/when I have longer stays in Geneva. The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out processes were quite smooth.

The bedroom is in a nook that doesn't get enough ventilation. That leads to smells and it gets really warm in there. The WC is by the door but doesn't have a sink so you need to walk to the shower bath to wash your hands. It's not the cleanest hotel that I've stayed in..

Staff was very nice. The room was big and the small kitchen came in handy. We didn't have any problems finding a parking place and supermarkets are close by. City center (not Geneva) is also walking distance and has lots of restaurants.

Breakfast could be improved - in particular the warm dishes. Everything else was good.

Bedroom size (large), small kitchen and living room (large). Beds were so comfy we slept like babies. Staff was very friendly. Location is good, on French side but close from Geneva by car (15 min).

Layout of the breakfast space is not good - reception in the middle. it was overloaded on Sunday morning due to check out.

Location is great for visit to Geneva Fair (40 min by foot ) or to CERN (5 min by car). Breakfast was very good. Staff was pleasant. Reacted promptly to our issue with the safe.

It's a really minor point, we left well before breakfast time but as there is a kitchenette in the room, they could introduce an option to preboook an in-room breakfast pack for early starters.

Very close to airport, large and very clean room with great facilities, even a kitchenette. The people at reception were very friendly and competent on check in and check out, the latter at 5am. Easy parking. Plenty of eateries nearby.

The heating in the room was so hot and we were told the aircon is managed centrally and so there was nothing they could do until summer months re. aircon

Staff not very focused on the job, chaos at the reception. Stefany was great at the bar. Had to pay 100 euro deposit at the check in witch was mentioned in the reservation as the very last thing where you don’t read. Very unusual to pay deposit for a proprety reserved through booking
