There could have been more proactive communication and instructions as now we needed to contact the host ourselves about some basic things like check in/out instructions and other useful information (Wi-Fi, how to lock the door as it was quite challenging..). There were no information where to take out the trash even though it was instructed to do so when checking out. The kitchen could be better equipped as it didn’t have e.g. dishwashing brush/sponge, kitchen knife or scissors. The floors were dusty. The second floor where the bed is was quite cold as it didn’t have a normal heater but only the air-to-air heat pump which was noisy.

The location is great and overall it’s quite nice apartment for the price with two floors: one for living room, kitchen and toilet, and the another one for bedroom and shower.

I loved the location. It was surprisingly quiet at night considering it was in a busy lane. The sound of bells from the nearby cathedral was beautiful. The location was only five minutes walk from the Picasso museum and the best beach in Antibes. So many amazing little shops and excellent restaurants on the doorstop. I loved my stay, what more can I say?

Very very disappointed. Turned up the property at 2pm, the cleaners had not even been. Told us to go away and gave us €10 for a coffee. The sofa bed was broken, the mattress had stains on it, the bedroom had mould in it, there was no cleaning products (spray or sponges). I tried to ask for more bedding for the sofa bed and was told no my friend had said no to the cleaners already (this was not true). My friends slept on the floor as the bed was broken and there was no sheets or duvet for them…

The house was in a perfect location and super quiet at night. Everything was very very clean and the communication with the owner simple and easy. My partner and I stayed with my mother for her birthday and there was enough privacy for the three of us. The view over the Antibes was stunning from the windows. We were super comfortable.

When we arrived and had no idea of the location of the apartment we struggled to find the right street. When we typed into Maps restaurants around the apartment (Krispy Kornet) we were able to find it easily!

The property was well set out, and spacious. The air conditioning was a life savour with the temperature being as hot as it was. The location could not have been better and Jessy was lovely and helped us as much as she could!

Located amid the high quality narrow street restauraunts this apartment met all our needs for a pleasant peacful stay in Antibes. Facilities were as described. Communication was impeccable. Would definitely stay again when travelling the Cote de zur!

The place is very small, with a shower and a small sink upstairs that was leaking day and night with no door, just a curtain, and the toilet downstairs in a small place with no ventilation. Congratulation to the photograph... We did not meet the hosts, they let the keys at the apartment and when we left we let the keys in the same place without any interaction with them. The worst surprise was when the host asked us, via whatsapp, if we saw two pictures that seems to bee dissapeared of the wall. In addition, although we were 2 adults and our 13 years old daughter, we only received 2 big and one small towel. If you travel with a car, the parking is a big problem, a parking for a day is very far and is difficult to carry all the luggage to the apartment.

No ammenities like soap or shower gel. No water available. Linen was ill fitting and rough to touch, just a small touch but nice sheets really make for a good experience. There was also mould on the shower curtain. Please specify in the future the apartment or maybe have a sign on the door of the apartment? As you specify a white door upon check in but I assumed this was the white door from the street, not the door on the level you are staying - it does not look like an apartment door when you reach the third floor. I recommend a sign so you don’t bother the neighbours.

The property wasn't ready when we wanted to check in. They messaged us saying that the property will be ready in an hour . I checked the lock box and it still wasn't ready an hour later. It was finally ready an hour ish later. The place had an issue when we were there as there was no hot water. He then claimed it is fixed and that we just need to wait an hour. We wanted for more than and hour and the water wasn't ready . At that point it was already around 6-7 PM. We had to get ready for dinner at 7:30 and was forced TO SHOWER IN COLD WATER. We told the host the water still wasn't hot and they said they were going to come. At that point i waited WAAY TOO long since the time i wanted to check in (good thing i didnt check in at 2 PM or I would have been asking for a full refund at that point) . I asked for a partial refund as property wasn't ready by 6-7 PM when we were allowed to check in at 2 PM. They denied my request. Most unprofessional property I've been in.

Property was cute and the place was comfortable.
