The parking space assigned was too small for any of the rental cars we were able to find. For clarity, the space was too small for a Fiat 500 to fit into. We could technically have fit the car into that space but we would have had to crawl out the back of the car to exit the vehicle due to there only being 5cm clearance on either side of the vehicle. It should be mentioned that there was free parking available in the neighborhood from 18;00 to 08:00 in a nearby pay to park lot, so only day time parking was any hassle. For the length of our stay we think more dish drying towels, paper towels and toilet paper should have been provided, though these products were easy to come by as the location of the apartment is within a 5 minute walk of Casino grocery store. There was a functional vacuum cleaner provided, which we used, but if there had been a dustpan provided for sweeping up then tidying up the floor would have been easier and less clunky.

We were met and provided with keys by the helpful and well informed Angelique, who was pleasant and efficient and provided us a brief tour of the apartment and some instruction about the facilities. She was also able to work around the fact that we couldn't arrive at the time we expected due to rental car complications. The view was magnificent and the access to the beach was less than a 3 minute walk from the apartment building. The apartment was clean and orderly and accurately matched the photos on the booking page. The shower was spacious and did not feel crowded and the water pressure was very good. We found the small but effective lift made the process of getting to the top floor easy after long days spent exploring the area. Even the pull out bed was comfortable to sleep on and did not disappoint. Having a washing machine and drying rack for the terrace made doing laundry during our 10 day stay very easy and efficient. The building and the door to the apartment felt very secure and the area was safe and pleasant with a nearby Petanque park providing us quite a few opportunities to watch the locals play and have some pleasant interactions with them. Our neighbors were quiet and with the terrace door closed the traffic noise was barely noticeable. When we closed the electric shutters there was very good light blocking and additional noise reduction, making sleeping very peaceful and uninterrupted. The bicycling paths and designated cycling routes around Cagnes-sur-mer, including the routes to Antibes and Nice proper, were very well maintained and allowed us to easily and safely use our bicycles for exploration, shopping, and museum visits. We did not ride very fast and with ebikes we were able to ride to Antibes in about 30 minutes and Old nice in about 24 minutes. If I ever visit this area again I will try to book this apartment. We felt that the price was quite good, considering the view and location.

NO PARKING whatsoever: sopts are so narrow that you CANNOT park your car (see photo): free parking is therefore NOT TRUE, which is OK at this season (March: outside parking available, for a cost though) BUT unacceptable in summer! I downgraded the (excellent) equipment rating because of that LIE PLANE NOISE: the airport runway is so close that we can see the airline brand ! Depending on the wind, each take-off can be VERY noisy Overall building condition subject to problems according to neighbors (in rare cases of heavy rains, elevator down, or no hot water): we did NOT experience that however, including during after heavy rain night

The parking space is very small (1.9m wide max) we couldn’t get our car in and still be able to get out the door.. you can park on the street but max stay is 4 hrs (09:00-12:00 / 14:00-18:00) before having to move or €15/day in a nearby 24hr car park.

Great location so close to the beach. We’ll equipped appartment with all you need for self catering. Both beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning made it very comfortable in the hot weather.

bed sheet was not cotton.....the bed only had bottom sheet plus doona with a cover which was too hot! pillows too flat terrible smell of sewerage in bathroom tile floors dirty balcony was very dirty...I had to sweep it!

Modern, well equipped apartment with the most stunning view out across Cote D'Azur. Spacious rooms, modern double shower room with double sinks. Kitchen had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Located off a lovely side street where you can eaily access local amenities. Coffee shop, mini market, bakery, bus stops, restaurants and train station all nearby. Could sit on the balcony and watch the sea and planes coming into Nice airport for hours! Wonderful break, highly recommend

There was a terrible stench throughout the building and in the flat, we were unable to stand there and left it after the first night. Unfortunately, everything was dirty, the kitchen, the fridge (it smelled terribly), the bed linen was swept and littered, the towels similar - things washed in a rotten washing machine can hardly be considered as fresh. There was someone's medicines in the fridge and hair in the bathroom drower. In addition, we were unable to park in the parking space - eventhought on photo there were normal size.

The only value of the flat was the sea view.
