The other guests got a bit rowdy but that was to be expected given the event the city was hosting.

Nothing really, it was above our expectation, and nothing that I could complain about.

The Hotel Manager could not have been more helpful to make our stay comfortable and seamless. The amenities were excellent, and the location was great with a lot of nearby shops convenience shops like a supermarket, bakery, etc and a 20 min walk to the centre of Cannes. The rooms and bathroom were spotless with a nice wraparound balcony. I will certainly be booking again!

Great neighbourhood, only a short car ride to Cannes. On one day, I walked back to the hotel from the seaside and it was about 30 minutes and very direct. Extremely easy to get around from this location and a beautiful scenic spot. The hotel was spotless and very cosy, I felt at home immediately. All the facilities and amenities you could ask for, the robes and slippers made it feel luxurious and I loved all of the interior decoration. Alain was so welcoming and I saw the housekeeping each day too, I felt incredibly well looked after and it was a great place to stay whilst out in Cannes for business. The terrace was extra nice, and if I had time, I would have had a couple colleagues over to sit for a drink. A true oasis!

Beautifully designed, very clean, spacious suite. We really enjoyed our terrace overlooking the pool. The staff were so friendly and accommodating - originally we were set to arrive at 5 pm but were delayed and the staff waited for us until we came at 8 pm to welcome us and explain all the amenities/unit. They greeted us with a bottle of wine and bowl of fresh strawberries. The toiletries were also very nice (Nuxe) and the bathrobes were luxurious. There is a smart TV which has all the streaming apps available to log in to which was a nice bonus.

The Junior Suite was exquisite and spacious. The amenities were up to our expectations. The staff was super friendly and even waited for us with fresh strawberries, wine, and cold water. The pool and the sunbathing area were right in front of our room, and we even had them all for ourselves for two days. The location is really central. We had the greatest time, and we definitely plan on coming back!

The apartment was very clean, well appointed and stylish. High quality linens and towels. Very nice architectural design and details throughout the property. The pool was nice and quiet. The location was great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and market. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Absolutely nothing.

The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained and easy to find. The owners are quick to reply, super-helpful and the area has all basic amenities nearby. Including a Supermarket, pharmacy and Boulangerie. The room itself has wonderful air conditioning which was needed in that heat. A large fridge, balcony and beautiful bathroom. The pool shimmers like a mermaid with its beautiful tiles. Upon arrival and departure the hosts did all they could to make our stay more comfortable. I will book again!

Beautiful property and garden with a perfect swimming pool. It was so peaceful and relaxing lounging by the pool watching the beautiful buildings and trees (wifi was great too). The apartment was very chic and modern. And clean!! The sofa bed was comfortable enough for our children (age 12 and 14) and the terrace was the nicest ever. Huge, with dining table and sofa corner and a large awning that protected against the sun. The kitchenette area was equipped with everything needed to make lighter meals and dishes etc were of high standards. You can tell by the thought through quality of everything and stylish details of this place that a lot of effort lies behind the renovation. We just loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alain, the owner, was very accommodating, super nice and present whenever we wanted to ask anything. Excellent communication throughout booking, checking in etc. You will also receive a curated guide to Cannes before checking in. There are so many nice touches about this place, such as rosé wine and fruit when checking in. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Cannes, and just a short walk to the Croisette and shopping area. It was perfect for us. Can’t recommend Maison Carla Rosa enough, and many thanks to Alain for making our stay so great!!

Really lovely property! Alain was so accommodating and readily available for anything we needed. The property is a 10-12 minute walk to the oceanside. There’s a Carrefour City and a nice little Italian cafe perfect for morning coffees just down the road. I would happily stay here again!

It’s located right by a street. Even though the house is by the street, the traffic wasn’t really a bother for us. You can hear the train pass once in a while. But actually it didn’t make too much noise… Beautiful bed setting - Beds are a little hard for our preferences, but that’s so individual :)

Wow! Fantastic private & beautiful place. Top quality apartments in a beautiful House. Easy to access. Free parking on the street close by. Very nice welcome & host. Very beautiful rooms and outdoor settings. Loved the pool area. Top clean in all areas. Close to shopping and bakeries. Walking distance to La Croisette, restaurants, the beach and Bâoli.

We had a Beautiful holiday here. The owner is a very kind emphatic person who is willing to help you feel as confortable as home. We enjoy a lot the heated pool and having breakfast on our terace surronded by beautiful trees. Location very close to the beach (10-15 minutes walk ) on a nice historic boulevard. Unfortunately there are roadworks ongoing outside the property which did prevent us from sitting on the terrace due to the noise. Fortunately the pool and garden area were far quieter, so our trip wasn’t spoiled by the roadworks.

The property is fantastic. Beautifully decorated with great interior design and modern features. The pool and garden areas are luxurious.
