A bit too much clutter, especially at our room door , there is a "staircase storage drawers set" that blocks part of the door off, someone has great style but does not know when to stop purchasing furniture as the house really is " full up". The bathroom door is very twisted and does not easily close, this could quickly be straightened with a few half cuts and a steam glue treatment, the locks are very noisy and need to be maintained to open and close quietly, The room we stayed in should really have a door to the bathroom to make it on-suite. There are no cooking facilities in your room, and we would not feel comfortable sharing kitchen facilities for cooking, the entrance/garden was not well maintained and felt cluttered with obsticles preventing a clear run with your luggage, once again the front door central handle is sloppy and noisy, a decent handyperson could make this correct. Overall our stay was fantastic, just the minor points would make it so much easier and nicer to stay

The house decor is carefully and well executed with Bohemian style and is generally of high quality, the cat and the staff were lovely!

There was some stale food in the kitchen/fridge area attracting flies etc. Maybe from other guests?

Perfect stay on the out skirts of Paris central and near to Disney. We felt very welcomed. Great value for money in the area if your looking for an experience instead of just another hotel. Thanks for having us!

To get to the bathroom you had to walk out of your room to a shared floor to go into the bathroom, which is fine but with the shared window between the room and bathroom, anyone could go into the bathroom and see into our room if they really wanted to, and just hearing people walk Infront of our door to walk up to their section felt a bit close for us, we felt like we had to whisper even though we probably didn't need to which this could be just an us thing, I think we were expecting a little more privacy, but the house and the people are wonderful, we didn't explore the backyard but we think whoever stays should, it's beautiful from our window.

The bathroom and view to the gardens were stunning, we had a pretty comfortable stay and overall the house was beautiful. They had perfumes and everything set up if needed so that was just extra love that noone thinks about :) The people were lovely, there's a bus stop not far away, we were close to Disneyland which was a quick Uber away. And just because I wrote more in the didn't like doesn't mean that it's bad at all, it was great, I'm just a big writer 😅 so my apologies

Perhaps a little more storage space in the bedroom. When we arrived there wasn't too much toilet roll however Marina sorted this promptly and offered us breakfast to make up for this which was very kind. She is very helpful. Please note this is a guest house and there may be other guests during your stay.

Marina's house was delightful - lovely old features and gorgeous garden setting. She was very helpful and clear with instructions. And her chocolate cake was amazing! I would recommend her as a host.

The only thing we disliked is we could not stay longer.

Truly unexpected island of beauty on such desert like suburbs of Paris, where it is difficult to find something decent, not mentoning reasonably priced. This is an oustanding place with lovely lady owner. Absolutely Recommend.

The house was amazing! The host, the view and last but not least the cats :) We had a pleasant stay for a long weekend. If you planning to go Disneyland, it is a great choice.

Dear Marina and Alex, thank you so much for your warm hospitality! We really liked the atmosphere in your house. It felt like we were in the countryside, where there is always peace and quiet and you can sleep well. Of the features I would like to mention: -A wonderfully comfortable mattress -Nice bed linen -Good space in the room to work -Automatic curtains on the windows to create total darkness in the room -And the charm of this place is that many details in the interior are in vintage style.

Our stay at Maison du bonheur was absolutely exceptional. I've always wanted to spend my vacation in a place like this and it exceeded my expectations completely. Before we even arrived, Marina sent us helpful information on how to find the address and what surrounds this area (the bakery nearby is 10/10). We were also greeted by two adorable cats ♥ This beautiful house has a fireplace and a spacious kitchen which makes you feel like home. If you are looking for a quiet place and a comfortable bedroom this is the place for you. Merci de tout coeur, Marina!

The house overall was super cozy! The bathroom was super nice, and the bedroom was very comfortable. Even better is the host who is very sweet and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and definitely made us feel like we were at home.

the place exceeded all our expectations- this is a wonderful home with a plenty of charme. we enjoyed the ground floor, our room, splendid garden behind the building, nice furniture, fireplace etc. the hostess of the place is very nice, provided all we need for a nice stay and even baked for her guests an apple pie for breakfast )) there is also a good parking place on the territory. we would definitely like to come back ! thank you very much!
