The internet signal didn’t reach our room. There were many mosquitoes in our room, probably due to the bathroom window being left open prior to our arrival.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The decoration throughout the hotel was very artistic. The location was perfect, near to many great restaurants, bars, and not to far to some nice beaches.

The a/c wasn't available/ working which meant the windows had to stay open all night and it's quite a busy street for traffic, especially scooters which were super loud when it's such a peaceful town! But a minor thing, and overall our stay here was lovely.

Wonderful hotel with a very helpful lovely owner who allowed us to check in so early - really appreciated as we had caught the earliest flight from London so was in Biarritz for breakfast! Made our stay extra enjoyable by being so kind to us. The hotel is well located near the food market and a lively buzzy street with bars and restaurants. Short walk to beach, town and the front - really lovely stay

Breakfast was a cake lovers paradise, offering a good range of biscuits and cakes, as well as fresh orange juice and some dry fruits, freshly made fruit salad and artisanal yogurt

Great location, within walking distance to most attractions, bed was very comfortable and the host must welcoming, charming decor.

2nd floor without a lift is a bit difficult for the bags but the stairs were gentle.. Watch out about parking! Access is tricky and places in the street nearby are very expensive. We finished up using the free parking about 15min walk from the hotel but there are closer parking lots priced at about 19Eur/day.

Perfect location just next to les Halles (market), restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was better than nice, the owner delightful and helpful and both the room and downstairs area was tastefully decorated.

Breakfast was delicious with homemade yogurt and really good croissants, and more options like cereal etc; and the hostess was lovely and very helpful and communicative. This is an adorable bread and breakfast style hotel chambre, with lots of attention to details and making your stay comfortable including efforts to make your stay more environmentally friendly. The bed was particularly comfortable too. the location just steps from the action and beach, though tucked up just slightly from the mayhem and near the old market (a must visit). It never felt loud. We loved the location and the homey and welcoming feel of our stay with access to everything we could possibly need. We also found street parking easily enough, though there was a local garage to park nearby (worth it if you won't be driving while there). All and all a wonderful place to land.

Thé confort , thé personnel touchés , thé location and the parking literally two minutes away at a discounted price whilst staying in the Hotel .

Wonderful Hotel , ideally situated for exploring Biarritz . Very comfortable rooms and great ambience . The host (Delphine) was very welcoming and helpful . Only one negative observation , there is no lift and if you have a lot of luggage try and make sure you’re not on the top floor ! All and all , a great place to stay .

I was slightly deceived by photos - the property appeared a little secluded and rooms appeared quite lavish- turned out on an extremely busy street, Noise all night long. Room was old and had better days. Price was high for value even for Biarritz. I would not recommend it. Owner seemed busy and not to be bothered.

The central location is a con at the same time. We enjoy sleeping with the window open, but the street was very noisy with club goers leaving (Saturday night) and other people (drifters?) on Sunday night ..
