No parking available despite asking for it. They had not replied to my email. Very funky decor but not always ideal - shower and bath a problem for anyone who is. It super fit. The hotel Is basically a nightclub with rooms. Lovely corner room but very noisy at night with nightclub customers having a fun but loud time.

Wish the room we had was a bit larger- had the balcony room but would of liked the option of the room with a bath/sofa with the XL room as we did not use the balcony

Breakfast was not directly conected to the hotel, Service there at breakfast was a bit slow and not much interest from the staff, many things like bread and eggs empty all the time and you ve had to wait a while to get it, same as coffee waiting line

No facilities to make coffee or tea in the room. The restaurant was busy with a DJ and music playing but there was no English menu and the food was poor and the service was not great.

- Breakfast assortment is great, but not replenished regularly, e.g. crepes and boiled eggs were missing for more than 45 minutes. Overall, restaurant staff was less welcoming and reactive than reception / hotel staff - Minor point: single bar for body / hair soap is not super comfortable - I'd rather have refillable bottles

- Comfortable and clean rooms and bedding - Welcoming staff - Ideal location, close to all Dijon's main attractions - Kids friendly, with games in the lobby, etc. - Good value for money at the time we booked

- Would be nice to have gowns but not a must - Our room was amazingly designed but we had a space in the wall next to the window, so you can hear everything happening in the bathroom:) it was fine but check it before if it disturb you (we were in big room)

The restaurant doesn't serve food during the afternoon on weekends - we were looking for an afternoon snack, but thankfully we were still able to get drinks and coffee.

The hotel decor pays a lot of attention to detail. It's a very trendy and cool hotel, with live music on weekends, and a vibey restaurant. Lots of small details that make staying at a Mama Shelter hotel quite memorable.

The restaurant at the property had very limited vegetarian selection. The one salad from the menu is mediocre to say the least (not in price though!).. A bit surprising was also that although the staff is VERY young, many of them still have issues speaking / understanding english.

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, very comfy beds, super bright rooms and colorful facilities! We travelled with our 3 month old and found the hotel to be perfectly situated for a weekend getaway.

No coffee / tea making facilities in room, no iron in room. Medium Twin room bathroom too small I was touching the walls. Too small for 4 nights. Not enough storage facilities for clothes.

The location was great and walking distance from the major sites to the train station. Even in the little rain the distance is totally doable.

facilities are limited... no mini bar, no coffee mug, no water boiler. This type of room may be perfect for one who only asks for a comfortable place to stay overnights. But might be inconvenient for families with little kids or infants.

The check-out time is around noon, which allowed us to explore more with the kids. (Do not need to rush on the second day)
