There were no dislikes about the place. The only thing I would say is I wish the balcony was a little bigger. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

If you are in Paris this is the place to stay! The hotel is stunning and we were well taken care of by the staff. The location was perfect! The rooms were beautiful, and the Staff was amazing! would give it a 20 out of 10 if I could!

I chose this hotel based on the pictures on Booking and I thought i will get the junior suite with the balcony and with a view. I did not, was on the second floor without a view and no balcony. I was told by the receptionist that it was not the first time this had happened because of the photos on Booking.com Not sure who is responsible for the photos though. The receptionist tried to see if we could change room but apparently the one with a small balcony was for only two people and not three. In this kind of expensive hotel, a coffee machine in the room would be appreciated.

The bedding is very comfortable and the location in the Lepic street is great with Montmartre near by. Although quite noisy as in Pigalle too.

It was very small. The climate control did not work too well which made it hot while trying to sleep.

Don’t book this hotel if you want to spend nice time in Paris! The stuff is extremely rude! We booked the room for 5 days, fully paid and, unfortunately, we couldn’t check in by 00:0 during the first day, in the morning we saw that our booking was cancelled. After calling few times to the hotel and explaining that we are coming soon that said in a very rude way that it’s cancelled and that we don’t have to call to them anymore. Of course the reservation was not refundable.

Lack of facilities Lack of decent dining options and breakfast Overpriced for what it is

Beautiful hotel and decent sized room given the central Paris location. However, breakfast dining room is incredibly small and far too intimate for my liking (I.e. you cannot have a private conversation without someone overhearing you). Although they referred to room service when calling to place an order they said that they don’t really do room service at the moment. Nice hotel given our short stay of one night but wouldn’t stay there longer given the lack of facilities. It was incredibly overpriced for what it was.

I booked a junior suite the advert suggested it had a separate lounge but the room was very small hardly the size a normal classic standard room with a sofa. Room service was drinks and snacks only.

Bathroom was spacious and well designed with separate shower cubicle as well as a deep bath.

When we checked in we were not told of the breakfast options nor that there was a bar in the hotel. There’s a curtain (that was closed) behind the check in desk and only when we were checking out (and curtain was open), did we realise there was a nice little bar. Slight disappointing as we would definitely have used it. Overall I feel the price we paid was a little steep for all that we got, as nice as the room was. Better communication at check in please.

The hotel doesn’t really have a lobby, you can’t even get in without a key card. The service is not that of a 5 star hotel. I’ve stayed in two other hotels in the same neighborhood rated 4 stars that provided much better service. This did not feel like a 5 star hotel.

It’s in a great location, although the hotel itself is situated between two tourist shops so not the nicest place to be. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

great location, lovely area to wander about and close to Metro and bus stop if taking public transport to other areas. We had a great welcome, appreciated early access to our room. The hotel was very clean, room was perfect, so comfy and bathroom was luxury.
