The air conditioner not effective in the room (working but couldn't cool down lower than 21-23°C. It was more effective to open the window rather than using the air conditioner. But as we had a room with city view, keeping the window opened means more street noise....

Great location near the center of la rochelle and the harbor. The staff is nice and always looking to lake your stay the best experience. A great breakfast.

The bike storage area in the basement car park could have been more secure. There was no locked room to store bikes in. Bikes need a good strong lock if stored here.

I came down to breakfast on my first day at 10; bearing in mind breakfast is served till 11 some food had run out and wasn't replenished.

The range of food on offer - I even liked the champagne on offer. Nice touch.

Amazing location , close to the restaurants and shops with only 5 mins walk. Train station is 1 min away and came to use when you cannot find any taxis available for airport. You can jump in D5 bus for only €1.30 a journey and takes around 30 mins to get to the airport. Taxis are charging a fortune , between €40 and €70 for 15 mins journey. The room was very cleaned with a lot of details and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely I will return to Premier Masqhotel.

There is nothing we would change. We were sure that if we needed anything it would have been sorted.

The hotel has a very peaceful ambience. From the moment we met the receptionist on arrival we began to destress. Everything flowed from then on. The reception area is beautifully designed , with a range of seating areas and a bar area. The rooms were modern but relaxed, pristine clean, with beautiful up to date bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was superb. Above all else was the kindness of staff and the genuine ease with which they assisted us throughout our stay. We would have stayed longer if we could and would love to return in the future.

We felt €14 each for a coffee and pastry at breakfast was a little expensive, so we passed on that. The hotel location was a bit bland, and devoid of any shops or cafes or places of interest - but the benefits of a quiet night outweighed the negatives of a bad nights sleep.

Room was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We'd been driving all day, and it was such a relief to find a good hotel, with a spotlessly clean room, with extra pillows, plenty of towels and one of the comfiest beds we've slept in. Although not in the town centre - this is actually a blessing - since the town's vibrant nightlife was was quite noisy. We stayed one night, but would have been happy with longer. The hotel also provided secure parking.

Great location close to the Railway station and La Rochelle Port within 10 mins walking distance. Staff very hospitable, secure car parking at the hotel available at 12Euros per night. Plenty of restaurants within La Rochelle and a must visit to the Market for foodies.
