The Level treatment has wildly varied in my 3 visits. The first time perfect room, amazing bathroom, great service and welcome snack. The second time average room, terrible bathroom but still welcome snack and I was told twice I did not belong in the lounge due to my room number. Third time, ok room, amazing bathroom, no welcome snack, constantly challenged at the lounge.

Location: extremely fast travel to la defense for work but also easy to reach from Paris. The metro is just outside the door and with just a 20 minutes walk you can get right at the other end of la Defense.

Pricing. There are 5-star hotels in city center with same price. If the purpose is not work, not worth.

Work trip - good location. Easy access to metro so the city center. Comfortable facility with good breakfast and lounge.

the temperature control in the room could have been better, but my fault for not calling maintenance (I was exhausted). At rush hour the elevators may be a little busy, but I never been late due to that.

the welcome by the staff was amazing! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the LEVEL separate area was a very nice addition that I was not expecting. The beer selection at the bar was great! make sure you get back in time for dinner :)

The personnel were generally polite but not really caring about the comfort of the guests. The elevator button on our floor was protruding and hanging on a wire and over the 4 days of our stay nobody did anything about it. The bathroom next to the bar on the ground floor did not always have toilet paper and the tap in the ladies’ did not work over 4 days at least … At check-out nobody explained that the car park fee (if exceeds 50 Euro) should be paid at the hotel reception .. We were just sent to pay at the parking machine before exiting, only to come back to the reception 10 min later, and pay the fee… So some TLC and attention could definitely help…

The best thing is the location, which is very close to a Metro stop on the direct line (number 1) that takes you to the heart of Paris. So on the one hand you benefit from being outside if central Paris with tiny hotel rooms, on the other - you are 15 min away from Louvre…

1. We requested Techniciens to regulate the room's température because it's too warm and they arrived so late and at the end it didn't improved. 2. The tray we ate from room service in breakfast was not fetched it stayed there until the next day we left☹️. 3. No housekeeping on the next day. It stays as it is until the last day, we stayed 3 days & 2 nights. 4. Sunday was my daughter's bday, I expected some complimentary like in other hôtel, something memorable or à treat, à small muffin or something else.

We had a very nice stay and welcoming from Ms Sylvie.She facilate our stay and was very nice. The room was clean and the location is great to navigate trough la defense.We even wanted to stay more nights but the hotel was fully booked! We will be coming back definitely!

I was told to pay deposit on arrival . I was not aware of this. We had a 9 seat car so parking was an issue with some of staff.

It was cold the heating system is terrible and they are aware. There was no iron in the room . No wash cloths in the room

nothing to do with the hotel. but the roads are very difficult to drive. and especially when there are maintenance. better walk or take the public transport

very nice personel. helpful. we wanted to park at the hotel after a concertnight. it was already over midnight, the parking lot was actually closed down, but they opened it for us. very nice. and when we asked how to walk to the westfield mall, they were also very nice and good english!

Taxi and uber are not available outside. You always need to go to novetel hotel to meet with uber or let the front desk call private taxi.

Everything was great and fantastic I would come again if I have a visit to Paris in future. Location room view services safety staff lounge are all good. Good place for solo couples friends family. Near metro station.
