I could not have improved on the experience.

The location was superb in the centre of Figeac and almost adjacent to the Musee Champollion. The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. They were also very kind to my small dog.

The carpet had a few faded spots and the floor boards should be repainted. Also, it would be nice if the restaurant stayed open a bit later.

The château is charming, and the view from my spacious room was magnificent. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was copious and delicious.

Amazing hotel. The room was massive and breakfast had a lot of choice. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurant on side was delicious. Would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel location was perfect. The room was really fun and comfy. The hotel is beautiful. The front desk were super helpful. I hope to stay there again someday.

The restaurant was full both evenings. Book when you check in.

Wonderfully restored medieval building, supported by superb staff. A lovely place to stay and one to which we will return.

A superb hotel in a historic building in the center of a historic town. Amazing room and facilities, wonderful breakfast (one of the best during our month long trip through France and Spain). Staff were exceptionally helpful!

Wasn’t a dislike - just a comment. The parking is only a short distance away from the hotel and very secure BUT it is steep climb to and from the hotel. Tricky for anyone with mobility issues or with large amounts of luggage.

Central. Spotless. Stunningly decorated and very comfortable. Staff were lovely. Extremely helpful across the board.

Everything !! All my requirements met - Large rooms, reserved safe parking upon request. Good strong wifi. Slippers and bathrobe, nice aircon. Fantastic dinner in the restaurant Beautiful old building, very well restored. Restaurants, bars and Champollion Museum just outside the door !!

breakfast was silent! need some background music! got woken up by two men jumping into the hotel pool at 2am and had to call receptionist to report it after they woke up our two children. apart from this, a lovely hotel and enjoyed our trip

We had to plead for an evening reservation despite us staying there for two nights. They should keep a couple of tables free for guests.

The property is stunning. Such a great building which has been renovated to a high standard but keeping the character. The pool area is lovely if a little echoey when there are lots of children. The food was lovely and the staff helpful. Although in the centre of Figeac the room was very quiet.

Having to pay for the private car park. With so few rooms at the hotel and the space being there, the €10 charge is not really warranted
